All good moves looked wrong, so maybe the solution is the worst looking move. Looks like it was, but I just hadn't figured out why before the video started.

I dismissed the correct answer because I thought that the King had an escape route from there. I needed to actually see it in order to know what the 2nd step was.

Hint: Black can only move the bishop. If the bishop can block the rock, it's not mate in two.
