I’m about to take off the badge on my new muffler and not replace it with another. The little piece of rivet that stays inside once taking the heads off does it make rattle noise??

sorry, but the remnants of the old rivets fall into the muffler, but don't vibrate afterwards?

Hey, question here: if I wanted to remove the Yoshimura badge, I'd just have to remove the rivets, the badge and then put new rivets on, right?

No I never heard anything, the packing pretty much kept them from moving around.
