Keep the buffet bc it’s cute and practical, but don’t close the wall. Take off the doors and have it as a passthrough between the dining and kitchen. That way you keep the light and the view, and the doors for when you’re tired of it, and you can use it on both sides. Just improvise a knee wall behind the buffet to make it pretty in the dining room. Btw, the French love glitter!!! 🎉😂

Your home is so incredibly beautiful and festive! I like the idea of closing the opening behind your entertainment station which would enable you to decorate above it. That center is such a convenient and guest friendly item to have in your home.🎄
I really like these kind of videos when you show even inside the cupboards. I also like that you always tell what your intentions are for the areas. I feel it's very important. It's so inspiring to see more than just the lovely table, even hidden things. I'm happy with our home and things. We mostly rotate things we already have or maybe buy some new pillow cases. We already have lovely blankets and beautiful things so we do not need more. But it's still fun to see someone else who is really into interior and what you buy, how you decorate and hear how you reflect about things I also think about. Love that! It also would be fun to hear even more of Jack thoughts. I think it's so fun when we get to see some things he really likes much, because it might give me some ideas for my husband. We use some nice crystal glasses all december and it makes the whole mounth feel festive. I don't have many different options like you have because we don't have room for it, but the ones we have are really nice. With some fun decorating ideas, like yours, we don't need to change the plates or anything. I just use what we already have and make something from there. In my case it will be much more simple, but if I had the energy I would love to decorate more like you. Love it!

I would 100% hang a beautiful gathered ceiling to floor drapery panel(s) behind your bar area and THEN hang a mirror in front of that. It would create it's own little 'moment' as all the hip kids are saying now. It would really define the space. Looks like you could easily do it with a tension rod that no one would ever see. Hey I have an idea for you- The doors leading into your dining/office room from the kitchen where you have the bar cabinet - what about putting a large painting in front of it to camouflage the doors - I think you might really like the affect at least while you have the bar cabinet in front of the doors- fun tipful video thank you and Merry Christmas to you, Jack the kids Mom , dad and your sister and family 🎄💖

The PINEAPPLE as a symbol of hospitality started in New England. I live in the North and I knew the pineapple was a symbol for hospitality. My point is,...its not just Southern tradition.
