Having Jack hold the camera meant he was directly in front of you and that caused you two to have a natural conversation back and forth during the filming. That was my favourite format to date of your videos. It flowed so naturally - and happily. Loved it.

I use the Kuggis containers in the kitchen like you and then the lids fit perfect as trays to protect the shelfs in the tall bathroom cabinets from Ikea. It’s like a two in one find 🤩

The sponge! We love them too! We did an IKEA gift of our favorite things one year and a pack of these, the stainless steel trivets, and dish towels with a pack of the little hanger spots were just a part of it! ❤️😂

Was it the Fargklar dish set that didn't work well for you? I have read a lot of reviews that mention that they chip easily & the protective coating gets dull & scratches. They look nice in the store when new.

Hi, I love your videos and IKEA. I live 10 minutes away from the one in my state. I have the IKEA sponges. What do you use them on? I feel like they leave water behind that I have to follow up with a paper towel. They aren’t absorbent. Am I using them on the wrong tasks? Help?! Thanks. 😊

My best friend and I went to IKEA and I bought at least 18 sponges. I origanially picked up ten and when I saw more by the checkout I grabbed more. She was too polite to ask what the hell, but I just hate the bold ugly colored sponges!

'Starting over' ...from scratch, is one of the hardest things I have done this twice in the space of three years across europe! (most recently due to an unfortunate personal experience). It is a 'massive' job (and not just a shopping experience).

The scrubber had to be the pièce de résistance of course. It’s one of your best finds Val and thanks for sharing it with us. I changed my scrubber when you first introduced us to it and can’t bear to look at the hideous yellow/green scrubbers even in other people’s homes. How our standards have risen watching this channel! Now please please suggest a good alternative to the sponge wipes which are an eyesore as well.

Love getting ideas and updates on latest and greatest trends. You are fun to watch. I am a big latte fan so and have one recommendation with regards to espresso machine that is an elegant statement piece in my kitchen fir the past 5 years. It is made in Italy and I had mine plumbed so I do not need to fill it with water nor drain it. The QUICK MILL VETRANO 2B EVO ESPRESSO MACHINE I first saw this in our friends home several years ago. It makes an amazing espressos, lattes, ect.. Thanks for all your fabulous videos.
Is the olivewood salt cellar in the drawer from Williams Sonoma? As far as not using plastic food storage, have you tried Stasher bags? They replace plastic baggies & other plastic storage containers, they can be used for reheating, freezing, food prep, lunch & snacks on the go & many non-food uses as well.

Until Kitchen reno, which is still not finished after nearly 3 months, my kitchen was the only area of my house that I had gotten under control and kept it organized. I'm praying that next week, the kitchen reno will finally be over and I can start putting things back into place.
