Thank you, Corinne! I am a very new mamma (almost 8 weeks along), and I am wanting to try natural labor with my first baby! I'm nervous, as I do not know my limits, if that makes sense. How did it go??? do you mind telling me about it? how old were you when you gave birth? was it painful, and what positions did you do?
This is so helpful! I’m currently 9 weeks with my 3rd! Going for an all natural birth this time!! I made it to 8cm with my second before I got the epidural. I so want to do without!!

I made none of these noises lol. In fact i just wanted quiet and, i never made much of a sound.

The only thing is that toward the end I say the women should make whatever sound she wants to make! 😂
