I just bought one, I'm waiting for the cells. By connecting it to a Victron Multiplus, is it necessary to precharge using a resistor or can you use the same procedure as the Deye and therefore without precharging?
Bought one, came with everything needed, hooked up to Deye hybrid 8kw inverter, works so good have just ordered a second unit! Connecting in parallel I assume all I need to do is connect together in parallel, then connect the first master unit to the second unit with an RS485 cable and also set the dip switch on the 2nd unit to “1” (first dip switch in up position) is that correct?

I just recieve the DIY case even though I ordered and paid for both, I suppose to get both together. I wonder what happen to my Cells. and one more thing Can I use this in Vertical instead of laying flat? BTW order No.is 33720
