Knitting | How to Cast On Using Alternating Cable Cast On for 2x2 Rib

In this step-by-step demonstration, we show you how to cast-on using the Alternating Cable Cast-On for 2x2 rib method.
This is a 2 step process where you will first Cast-On in Alternating Cable Cast-On for 1x1. Then you will knit a set-up row where you will swap up some of the stitches to re-order them into a 2x2 repeat pattern.

This is a lovely way to cast on but I really struggled, I undid the cast on 3 times before I finally got it right 🤦🏼‍♀️ the set up row I found easier to complete, thank you for your instructions 😊👍🏻

It does get easier the more you do it.... but it is a cast-on style that still requires a fair bit of attention. I need to undo mine every now and then as well! :)
