Hi there and thanks for watching! Yes, I’m still happy with the Ultrahuman. It’s on me 24/7. Psychologically, I believe it has helped in being more aware of my sleep patterns resulting in overall better habits like going to sleep earlier rather than choosing to do “just one more thing” at night like watching another episode or whatever. I feel that it has helped me be more disciplined knowing the actual data of how the data shows the consequences of certain habits also such as how late night snacking affects my sleep. Thinking of getting one today I’m a runner have a garmin epix for runs don’t mind it for bed but want ring for caffeine intake circadian rhythms and recovery score this good for that
Hey Scott - thanks for watching! Absolutely - as you saw in the video, the app measures exactly what you’re looking for. I like how the app will actually tell me based on my metrics to not yet drink caffeine in the morning and wait a little bit in order for my body to take better advantage of the caffeine, among other things. Nice thing about Amazon is you can also check out the ring and return it if it doesn’t work out for you too. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I did ge t the sizing kit 9 felt great. Got the eing size 9 too small!!
