Thanks for watching! It actually does! However, I think there's other apps that are better at the moment, such as LoseIT or myFitnesspal. If you're using Ultrahuman's CGM (continuous glucose monitor), then you'll want to make sure you're food is logged in the Ultrahuman app.

Hi there and thanks for watching! Yes, I’m still happy with the Ultrahuman. It’s on me 24/7. Psychologically, I believe it has helped in being more aware of my sleep patterns resulting in overall better habits like going to sleep earlier rather than choosing to do “just one more thing” at night like watching another episode or whatever. I feel that it has helped me be more disciplined knowing the actual data of how the data shows the consequences of certain habits also such as how late night snacking affects my sleep. Hope that helps!

Hi there and thanks for watching! There's 2 numbers to look at: (1) "time in bed" which is just hanging out in bed watching tv, reading a book or whatever; and, (2) actual sleep time called "total sleep" in the app. I'm only comparing the "total sleep" number in the video rather than "time in bed." Hope that explains it!

Heart rate I found to be accurate when tested against the other rings and my Apple Watch, but not step count. However, that goes for all of the rings… Smart rings are not that accurate as fitness trackers, including step counts; however, it’s better than nothing since you can still at least track a trend of your steps even though the actual step count is inaccurate. Hi there and thanks for watching! I have tried the whole using the iPad as a laptop replacement and it personally doesn’t work for me… However, many people have and I think that’s awesome they were able to have that work out for them. If I were doing that, I would go for the 13 inch so I had more screen real estate and for better multi tasking. For example, if you’re needing to write a paper and need a website up for research, you can have both your website up on half the screen and your word processor app on the other app and it will just be way easier on a 13 inch screen. I don’t think you’re sacrificing longevity in any way as they both are basically the same machine but with just different screen sizes. If you’re referring to storage space, you can always get a higher plan on iCloud for space or hook in an external usb c hard drive. Hope that helps.

True. The new Magic Keyboard does have a bigger trackpad, but the Logitech is still bigger. My review is more geared towards the overall form and function in which the old and new Magic Keyboard are pretty close in my opinion. Thanks for watching!

That's a good question that I should have addressed in the video. I just don't use the keyboard unless I'm at a table/desk... I just tested it out and I find pros and cons with both. The Logitech feels pretty good to me, possibly just a little flimsy when on the couch or bed with it. The Magic Keyboard feels sturdier, however, without any support in the back like the Logitech has (the kickstand), it's top heavy and will tip over pretty easily. As long as you're keeping your hands on the keyboard or trackpad, it shouldn't flip over if you slightly move while resting on your legs. Personally, I still like the Logitech more even for this use case.

Hey Scott - thanks for watching! Absolutely - as you saw in the video, the app measures exactly what you’re looking for. I like how the app will actually tell me based on my metrics to not yet drink caffeine in the morning and wait a little bit in order for my body to take better advantage of the caffeine, among other things. @@MikeReviewsForYou I'll be buying the titanium as soon as I determine if size 9 or 10 is the best fit. I'll wear the 10 tonight on the left index finger and then on the right tomorrow. The 9 is probably a little too tight.

@@bill927 If you’re between 2 sizes, I highly recommend going with the larger size. Others have mentioned having fingers swell a bit in the morning and I didn’t think anything of it until I got the sizing kit. The important thing for accurate readings in terms of sizing is to make a fist with the ring on and see if there’s a gap at the top between your finger and the ring. If there’s a gap that you can see through, it’s too large.

@@MikeReviewsForYou I got the 10. It's a snug fit on my left index finger. Just a tiny bit tighter than the fit Kit 10 ring, which is perfect. It arrived earlier today, just 3 days from Bangalore to New York.

Hey just wanted to add my two cents with the Ultrahuman air. I used it on the treadmill yesterday and for the first few minutes it was way off on my heart rate. I swapped it to a larger finger (ring to middle for me) and since then it was pretty much on par with the treadmill sensor and my Apple Watch. Recovery was also consistent. Ring is now tighter than I like but I kept it on my middle finger and am hoping I get used to it over time.
