I think you are very entertaining and creative. I think you are very good at your job was far as content, editing ,organization and I thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Its just hard to believe that this is not a part of a binge disorder. The amount of food you eat on these cheat days is so unhealthy for the body. I understand you calculate every number and the science behind what is happening to your body and I am glad you are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the rest of your life. However balance and moderation, fun and living, has nothing to do with eating these absurd amounts. These cheat meals are absolutely not cheat meals (or days) , these are instead a very high intensity symptom of a supressed binge disorder. Some people have monthly bulimia nights and these cheat days while you do keep everything in and are clearly not bulimic, are similar to that. You are feeding your obsession and illness with these days and think that collaborating them with youtube videos and fitting them into your lifestyle means that they are ok. Cheat days are important, so are cheat meals. I suffered from BED for a majority of my 20's but finally found the answer to what my body and mind needed in order to have a safe and happy relationship with food. I hope lastly that you are able to continue all the wonderful things you do for your body and with your work without pretending that this type of food intake is in any way shape or form anything other than a sub conscience eating disorder. Watching these sorts of videos definitely did trigger me when I was finally trying to get healthy, so I just didn't watch them. Simple as that. The difference between what Stephanie's doing and binge eating is that she doesn't put a label on anything and just eats without the negative mindset. I'm sorry but even labeling this as "binge eating" when Stephanie eats primarily whole healthy foods on a day to day basis shows that a lot of you guys are projecting your own negativity and insecurities around food onto her. It is JUST FOOD. You guys act like she's doing drugs or going to gain 100 lbs overnight. Stop putting labels on everything and just EAT. Yes, it's important to listen to your body, eat whole foods, and move your body but it's also OKAY to just let loose every once in a while. MY GOD society has brainwashed the hell out of us, tbh after looking at these comments I think MOST people have some type of disorded eating because to be THIS triggered over the act of eating is concerning.
Sydney Sussman hmm I wonder how most people will like the outcome of their body if they eat like this. Binge eating is binge eating. Sorry you don’t know what u r talking about. This is not ok for impressionable people looking to her for advice. Bad advice on a fitness promoting channel is just that bad advice and it’s neglectful.
cincybest dude. Are you ok? Who says that? . I’m strong which is why I can stand up to people like you but most people who are looking for fitness advice are susceptible to messages from people they admire. Your reaction is super weak all from a you tube comment!
@@fittythree7739 I'm NOT SAYING TO EAT LIKE THIS EVERYDAY. Did you even read what I wrote or are you just stupid? I'm just saying to stop labeling everything. "Binge Eating" is just eating. Yes, you ate more than you should have but people use the word to punish themselves bc it has such a negative connotation behind it. You don't have to beat yourself up over food, it's food not heroin. But idk you seem to be the type who enjoys doing that to yourself so idk if punishing yourself for indulging from time to time works for you then cool.
Sydney Sussman whether you call it binge eating or not is inconsequential. If you have a channel which focuses on fitness then it’s irresponsible to also preach the opposite extreme. While you may call it letting loose it is extreme. Perhaps by defending this you feel justified in eating this way. Extremes are not good in either direction. Of course we have to enjoy tasty foods we don’t normally eat but eating donuts and pizza and on and on In multiple posts is sending a bad message. Case in point. You think it’s ok because she does it. I rest my case. Have to get back to my lifting and eating healthy now.
What is up my fellow foodies! I hope you enjoy this Dallas food tour! I think I found the best food in Dallas (in my opinion) and I think you'll agree! Next video will be more fitness related but I love throwing food into the mix, so like the video if you like my food videos! I love you guys so much! 💋Where do you think I should go next?! 👇✈️
To the comments saying that watching these make them wanna "binge" or live an "unhealthy lifestyle" then you need to get off the internet. If you can be persuaded SO easily to make those changes in your own life because of Steph's channel then you really need to get off and focus on yourself and learn about yourself, and the ways you want to live your own life. Pretty sad tbh, how can you blame a content creator's videos for poor lifestyle choices? Further, the title AND thumbnail literally tells you what's going to be in the video - no clickbait, no lying, no cheating. So either get off or stop giving Stephanie a hard time for putting out content that obviously she enjoyed creating, and many of us love watching!!!
It influences people in a positive or negative way. I am not influenced because I’m healthy but there are those with unhealthy eating patterns. For someone who preaches and gives tutorials on how to be healthy it’s not ok to influence people by saying this is ok. Sorry if you want to binge go see a psychiatrist and also wonder why you look the way u do.
@@fittythree7739 THEN THEY ARE WEAK AND THAT'S NOT HER FAULT ! PEOPLE ARE MURDERED EVERYDAY BUT THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME WANT TO BECAUSE I KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG.
Ruth O'Hara once something becomes your job, it’s kind of a different ball game and it can really take the enjoyment out of it. I know YT is a job but it’s not specifically food, very different from being an actual critic 😲
I agree! I adore Steph, but realistically her tastebuds would need to readapt from all the workout supplement drinks/diet foods that offset the Tim Hortons sprees. Processed foods really do mess with your tastebuds.
If watching these videos, affects you in some way or you don't like these videos, you don't have to watch them. You can tell by the title and thumbnail what kind of video it will be. If I were to visit different places like Stephanie is, I would try as much food as possible. Food is all part of the experience and part of the culture of different countries, states, provinces, etc. Also, she usually leaves half of it for Jeff (and if she didn't, how does it affect you in any way?) and she stops eating when she's satisfied. Let's just spread love and positivity instead ♡ Steph, I love your videos and the quality of the videos. You are one of my favorite youtubers and I admire you so much
Everyone has the freedom to post whatever they want, I honestly think it's very honest of her to post what she eats on cheat days, or travel. She's worked hard to attain her level of fitness and a dessert doesn't hurt once you're at that point, from time to time. I'll have to check out some of these places when I go out to Dallas!
I genuinely love these food vlogs/cheat day videos of yours because it’s helped me have a better relationship with food and now when I cheat I don’t beat myself up about it and starve myself the next day. So thank you
Can you do a what i eat on a day after cheat day, how to start again, how to stay on track, etc? Will be highly appreciated ❤️ Your videos are always making me happy, I love how informative they are and how much effort you put into making them! ❤️
She already has, but the short short version is to just go back to your normal food and exercise. Don’t worry about breaking even by starving yourself or doing a ton of cardio*. That can create a vicious cycle of overeating, shame, and restricting. Also, remember that your weight the next day will be overstated due to water retention and additional food in your GI system. You may find that you’re up 5 lbs the next morning, *but* at least 4.5 of that is just water. Go back to your normal routine and it’ll fall off in a few days. If you know that seeing the scale go up will cause stress or shame, don’t weigh in for a couple of days. * Intent is important here though. I find that I’m really active after a big meal, but it’s just because I have so much energy. I’m not doing it to punish myself or to try and break even. I don’t add any purposeful exercise that wasn’t already on my schedule, beyond perhaps a casual walk or bike ride. Instead I try to find productive outlets like cleaning or yard work.
I usually watch these videos when I’m super hungry myself and watching Stephanie eat kind of satisfies me, but while I watch the video I realize that the one thing I love to see the most (and that I’d like for myself) is the presence of such a loving and kind partner as Jeff. They’re a wonderful couple.
Me: lives in Dallas Also me: watches video about food spots in Dallas Also, also me: lies to self that none of these places are that good and procedes to eat salad
this was one of my favorite cheat days she has ever made. I like that she went to places people recommended to her and went in with an open mind but still gives an objective opinion on everything she tried.
Guess what, this is your channel and do what you enjoy. I actually enjoy those eating videos more than others haha. Nobody is pushing them to watch videos and you make the topic very clear of each one. Be yourself!!! I'd support you.
Echo Yao No but promoting disordered eating and calling it Intuitive Eating is dangerous for people who also have a disordered food mentality. Of course anyone can do what they choose but it’s a serious worry.
I got so excited every time Stephanie uploads a video. But I don’t click it right away. I will go watch some other videos and save Stephanie’s video for later or for my down days cuz it’s just so precious❤️
I can't believe you came here! Dallas has a lot to offer and I'm so glad you went to deep ellum! It used to be a lot grittier but the food has always been great
Wow, the production value on this video was so high! Really good editing and voiceover. Also the content was amazing as usual. I love how you genuinely enjoy your food and you eat what you really want. That blueberry fritter looks 🤤. You looked gorgeous the whole time too!
You guys realize that most of her cheat videos are weeks to a month apart right? A simple look at her upload history tells as much, it literally follows a parttern of almost 1 food video to 1 science/workout video. That sounds like a pretty balanced channel to me unless the definition of balanced changed. Where did this idea of her only uploading food videos when a simple click and scroll through can easily dispel that. Smdh....god bless the internet
I LOOOOVE these food tour videos!! You look so happy and your food reviews are so complete and detailed that I feel like I can completely trust your recommendations. Very entertaining and informative content. Keep it up!
Okay I must know... does Jeff ever partake in these food fests?! There's no way he can just watch you eat this magical delicious food and not have some too... right?!
Do an Italy food vlog! Love living vicariously through you and it's refreshing to see someone who can eat all kinds of food without guilt. I've struggled with eating disorders but I'm now at the stage of allowing myself to have everything in moderation. Seeing someone as fit as you do the same is so encouraging and inspiring. 💕

You share with us positive energy, joy of food, fractions of your whole life and really, don't worry about the opinion of other people. Very often this isn't a result of constructive criticism, but the desire to cut wings. Just live, do what you love and what you think is right. What makes you happy - that's when we can get the most satisfaction from watching your videos. 💕No one has the right to judge another person, because we aren't the only crystal. What about the fact that you are a "public figure"? Are any of us going out on the street or putting posts on facebook not becoming a public person?Of course, we are. Now everyone is a "specialist" of someone's life, instead of taking care of ... I don't understand this the need to pour out sorrows, grief and venom towards another human being, just because he is creative, tries to achieve something in life, has a plan for himself, develops ... 😩If everyone focuses on his life, self-improvement and seeing happiness among others your loved ones, that would be wonderful! I personally thank you for being able to participate in your "adventure", that you share your insights and passions.Great job ❤️

I love how you have this huge appreciation for food and the flavors, with every bite you take (if it’s things you like, of course😆); And those facial and verbal expressions when you explain how good something is😄👌🏻
Kiki H 😂 because people can't dedicate themselves to working out six times a week, and eating healthy for days at a time, to have cheat days likes Stephanie
Because they don't know the difference between a cheat day which is done in good mental health. And a binge eating is when you are emotionally unstable.
I appreciate these videos because they teach people who are into fitness and a healthy lifestyle not to become afraid of food, and to categorize everything as 'good' and 'bad'. You can be healthy AND enjoy food and life!
These are literally my favorite videos. Especially 8 months pregnant 🤤 so glad you’re not strict like other fitness channels.... It makes it so much easier to watch your videos and maintain a healthy life style imo.

Steph! I love these videos. I can tell you put so much effort into them and it's so fun to watch. I love food and travel but still struggle at times to let myself enjoy food when I'm exploring new places so these vids remind me to relax and that food won't ruin me. keep doing you, you're so appreciated!
0:22 - Exotic is great and all, but doing simple things really well is its own art. The Midwest is a great place to find that, provided you take the time to look. If you’re just passing through, it’s easy to write off the whole region’s cuisine as fried meat on white bread.
Also, I can't speak for everyone, but a true binge is often times met with a lot of guilt and shame and normally done in secret. I can't imagine filming a binge of mine because normally I am in a horrible mood and want to keep it hidden. Binge eaters don't eat food for enjoyment like this video shows.

I love these videos! I am a big foodie myself, but also going through my own weightloss journey. I CAN NOT WAIT to reach my goal weight. Going to treat myself with a massive cheat day just like you do!
She is not binge eating because, like she says in all her cheat videos; she eats when she’s hungry and stops before she feels uncomfortable. While binge eating is where you eat past your comfort zone and you eat to discomfort. So please stop calling this “binge eating”. No labels are needed.

@@fittythree7739 IF YOU AREN'T SMART ENOUGH TO EAT FOR YOUR BODY AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE'S THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T BE ALIVE!
cincybest dude.

why do people watch and criticize? this is not a documentary. she is just recording what she enjoys doing and eating..
So annoying people want to criticize the food videos... I enjoy a variety 😊 keep doing your thing!!!
Preach
It influences people in a positive or negative way. I am not influenced because I’m healthy but there are those with unhealthy eating patterns. For someone who preaches and gives tutorials on how to be healthy it’s not ok to influence people by saying this is ok. Sorry if you want to binge go see a psychiatrist and also wonder why you look the way u do.
Thank you!
@@fittythree7739 THEN THEY ARE WEAK AND THAT'S NOT HER FAULT ! PEOPLE ARE MURDERED EVERYDAY BUT THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME WANT TO BECAUSE I KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG.

Steph, are you sure you don’t want a second career as a foodie critic? You’d be so good!
Ruth O'Hara my dream job!!!!
Ruth O'Hara once something becomes your job, it’s kind of a different ball game and it can really take the enjoyment out of it. I know YT is a job but it’s not specifically food, very different from being an actual critic 😲
the real food critic doesn't review low quality fast food, and have an actual knowledge....
I agree! I adore Steph, but realistically her tastebuds would need to readapt from all the workout supplement drinks/diet foods that offset the Tim Hortons sprees. Processed foods really do mess with your tastebuds.
1st thoughts.. This does NOT seem like a TH-cam video lolll 😂😂😂 it seems like a TV show you'd see on the travel channel or something 😆😁

You are one of my favorite youtubers and I admire you so much
These people commenting these things have no idea of how calories in vs out works.
Yesssss perfectly written
I love this idea!! I hope it gets more likes so she sees it
She already has...
It's a two part video
Great video Stephanie! The editing was awesome! It felt like I was watching a show on the food network! 🔥
Shut up!!!
Me too!! I love watching your cheat days btw!!!
I agree with Nick Dompierre, your videos are amazing and I can see from these videos your passion for food ❤️

I love when after eating she just smiles and makes faces and Jeff just laughs behind the camera so cutteeee❤️❤️❤️
Me: lives in Dallas
Also me: watches video about food spots in Dallas
Also, also me: lies to self that none of these places are that good and procedes to eat salad

It's not Steph without the donuts. She's a donut queen like alwayshungry.
STEPHANIES CHEAT DAYS ARE THE BEST ‼️‼️
They totally are!!!!!
this was one of my favorite cheat days she has ever made.
That blueberry fritter 😍❤✨
I gained 20 pounds just by watching the video
Stephanie: "this is like the biggest bite ever"
Also Stephanie: *is still elegant while eating it*
I can't believe you came here! Dallas has a lot to offer and I'm so glad you went to deep ellum! It used to be a lot grittier but the food has always been great
Just in love with your food tours😍thank you
Wow, the production value on this video was so high! Really good editing and voiceover. Also the content was amazing as usual. I love how you genuinely enjoy your food and you eat what you really want. That blueberry fritter looks 🤤. You looked gorgeous the whole time too!
I feel like you could have your own food network show
You guys realize that most of her cheat videos are weeks to a month apart right? A simple look at her upload history tells as much, it literally follows a parttern of almost 1 food video to 1 science/workout video. That sounds like a pretty balanced channel to me unless the definition of balanced changed. Where did this idea of her only uploading food videos when a simple click and scroll through can easily dispel that. Smdh....god bless the internet
Right ! I'm convinced that I like in a world of mainly sheep and idiots.
You are awesome 👏
I feel like I'm legitimately watching a show. These vids are so exquisite 🙌
I absolutely love these videos!! Being chronically ill I can never afford to go anywhere so I love getting to see food from other places!!

Why are the people in this comment section the meanest and rudest I’ve seen in a long time 😂
Kiki H 😂 because people can't dedicate themselves to working out six times a week, and eating healthy for days at a time, to have cheat days likes Stephanie
Because they don't know the difference between a cheat day which is done in good mental health. And a binge eating is when you are emotionally unstable.
Aubry Ilkanic yesss, this!
Because they're healthy snobs who are miserable with their lives and they see someone enjoying food and that just kills their physcotic little brains!

why is everybody ignoring the fact that Jeff laughs when Steph makes an impressed face. I find it so cute.
Literally no one ignored that.. There are a lot of comments about it.
I appreciate these videos because they teach people who are into fitness and a healthy lifestyle not to become afraid of food, and to categorize everything as 'good' and 'bad'. You can be healthy AND enjoy food and life!
