FYI - If a Land Cruiser 70 series model comes with leaf springs (rear or front & rear) it is never a Prado. It is a Heavy Duty Land Cruiser, with beefy differentials, beefy gearboxes and large displacement non-turbo engines.
A Prado comes with coil springs all around, weaker differentials, smaller gearboxes, smaller (turbo) engines. Still great machines!

1st generation Prados are considered 70 series just look it up. When the 2nd generation Prado came out it diverged from the 70 series and became its own designation starting as the J90 series.

its not a prado. its the hzj77 heavy duty. the prado kzj78 or lj78 have coil springs not leafs like the hzj77.
