thanks for sharing.....love turquoise jewelry and your overview of the different styles. I seem to have one of each bracket style! I worked in a store selling quality American indian jewelry in the 1970's and now returning to the many memories of that time and all my turquoise jewelry treasures. Watched a few of your sessions. The information about white buffalo was interesting as I have heard different explanations, especially about howalite. I thinker your guidance I have the real stuff. Yeah! again thanks for all your help.
I prefer stamped thick bands almost like a keto. I love rope work around the bezel or the notch cuts. Deep black contrasting with a mirror finished silver is what I wear. As for the stone, I like very large spiderweb in teal and blue or Royston turquoise that looks like the surface of the Earth.
Great video Dillion. This was very informative, and it's wonderful to hear about the history and stylings of these bracelets. I would love to see videos focusing on ketohs, squash blossoms, bolos and other specific styles of native jewelry.
Doug, Thank you for the input. We do not like to state values because the videos will most likely stay on the internet for many years. So, obviously values may change. Another reason is that each piece is valued depending on the piece, so you cannot base the value of one piece off of another. Hope this is helpful info. The best place to get an appraisal is from the Lowry family in Albuquerque, NM at the Turquoise Museum.
Hello again. I just saw you on Durango Silver. I watched your dad make a ring. happy to see you again. thank you so much Maureen Chandler

I don't mind looking like a Cowgirl! Turquoise is all I've worn for years and nothing but Native American pieces. I like large stones!
I really enjoyed your video thank you for making it learned a lot question have you ever heard of a white buffalo equivalent coming from Colorado
Love your videos
Thank you Dillon.
Love the red braclet
❤👌 ... Me too !
Thanks Dillon. On the tufa cast, the silversmith must reheat the flat silver cast to bend it into a bracelet, correct?
Beautiful old bracelet
On a lady’s hand these bracelets would shine brighter😉
tres belle video!!!! merçi!
Are all Navajo pieces marked? Or are the earlier pieces unmarked unstamped?
les turquoises sont magnifiques!!!
PLEASE ... I am begging ... no more music in the background. It is too distracting.
we do more videos soon
What turquoise is on the link bracelet??
Is there a reason that your older pieces of jewelry are kept dark and not polished silver??
Most people like the patina of the silver or the silversmith oxidized it on purpose.
More video la
Ike this please.
