Isn't egg plant a no-go food according to Ayurveda? At least that is what Sadhguru said. On this topic does the wild eggplant which is small and green in color has the same negative effect? I know that the domesticated or breed varieties of eggplant are not good for you but how about the wild variety?

Miss what do you recommend as substitutes for those fruits & vegrtables.
Maybe in India you have well advanced technological techniques & equipments to produce grown vegetable fruits for in respectable seasons. Other countries not yet that advanced are dependable of import and can't permit to eat according to seasons harvest. Appreciate ur advise. Will accept it with intuitive heart.
