How to merge samples together in Bandlab

How to quickly and easily turn two or more audio samples into one single sample in Bandlab. This is very useful when creating rhythms and melodies from audio samples.
This tutorial is also how to merge audio recordings or merge vocal recordings.
This also works on virtual instrument tracks, so you can merge different midi patterns together.
