Regarding Ozzy having no recollection of the gross out contest: 1 he was probably so coked up that he doesn't remember. 2 he remembers, but would ANYONE admit to that?
It's a misstep to characterize Tommy as the abuser if Honey was hitting him first. That implies that its okay for a woman to hit a man but a man should never hit a woman, which is incredibly sexist. Either condone both abusers or condemn them both equally. She hit him first, that makes her the aggressor.
That gross out challenge seems like a TikTok challenge that shouldn’t exist. Right up there with devious licks, cooking chicken in NyQuil and choking. It could be “the Ozzy Challenge!!”
3:15 I don’t think that scene is a good example of why he was abusive- see, she stabbed him, even if it was a pen, and kept provoking him. I feel like this was moreso an example of a deteriorating mental state and provokes the gradual change of tone in the movie. The reality of his abusive tendencies back then- it lies in the late 90’s. He and his wife were robbed, the sex tape was released of him and his wife, and he started drinking and only then were the abuse allegations made public. But mind you, this was in and around the time of 1998, a few years after ‘The Dirt’ takes place. While the movie has a pretty happy ending when the band reunites, it doesn’t uncover the reality of the hardships they and their families/ friends had following the events of the film.
Metal Thrash Man exactly she also STABBED him in the leg with a fucking pen he was defending him self just Becuase he is a guy he is automatically abusive

About Ozzy not remembering things from the Bark at the Moon tour... that is not surprising, there are many many things from the years after Randy Rhoads' death he doesn't recall. “I have all these old photographs of me in the ‘80s, ‘90s, and I can’t remember taking them,” Osbourne reflected. “I sometimes wonder, ‘Is that really me?"

That being said there are some horrible inaccuracies in the facts which did annoy me.
3:55 She hit him first, he didn't abuse her he was defending himself. *She hit Tommy first*
So this young lady's name wasn't Heather or umm Pamela??? Lol jk
They need to do a movie about Guns N Roses. They are one of the most iconic bands in Rock history. Their up bringing of the band would make for such a great documentary.
Ozzy: "I have no recollection of doing that". That's basically how his autobiography "Ozzie" starts out!
3 is inaccurate, Nikki suffered cardiac arrest. He was treated with 2 doses of Epinephrine(adrenaline) and CPR which saved his life. Even though he was declared dead(unlikely a paramedic would jump the gun like that and the perform CPR anyway but it can and does happen) he did infact not die. The fact that they where able to resuscitate him after 2 minutes is a credit to the well trained and highly skilled ambulance staff and their quick response time.
He had an NDE
@@carolinevictory1414 that was so funny that tommy was wearing his sister’s Cheetah pants
@@brianabrown9612 ikr?😆
The Dirt was way more accurate than Bohemian Rhapsody
So in the end, the craziest things are true after all. Nikki and his mother, Tommy slapped his fiancée, Nikki's death for a moment
... a wicked awesome and partially really fucked up Rock 'n' Roll Band .
"Don't ever leave your girlfriend with Mötley Crüe EVER - because.... 😂
Yes please omit the fact at 3:59 that she literally stabbed him, both parties were at fault and that should be recognized.
Tommy lee wasn’t abusive Roxie had stabbed him with a pen.
And she called his mom a cunt and told her to stop and punched her
He was abusive who knows if she really stabbed him and he has abused other women.
@@kimberlycambray360 he’s not abuser person he did right thing
@@brianabrown9612 that is just a movie saying what they want to say. He did abuse another ex wife of his Pamela Anderson as well as his own kids. He pinched them and made them cry. He is an abuaer period. The movie makes him seem like he is not. Like I said idk about the scene in the movie. Could be real could not. But he is an abuser.
@@kimberlycambray360 he’s defeating his mom Kim he doesn’t like when she calls his mom a cunt and that’s why he punched her
Ozzy probably doesn’t remember snorting ants because he was probably too wasted to remember that.
“Tommy Lee was abusive”
Literally retaliates after having his mom insulted and getting punched himself.
I wonder whatever happened to that black paramedic that revived Nikki Sixx.
How do we know he was black? Story goes that a Crue fan revived him....not saying the guy wasn't black but......
Daryl Sandlin he was black in movie that’s why
I believe it was a white guy that save Sixx in RL. But for fairness and equality they put a black actor for the part. The movie is not 💯 accurate so it don't matter if he was black.
@@darylsandlin5871 Yea and Nikki wasn't really in the right state of mind to remember details.
He was a simple man. Wife, kids, a home, full time job. Never heard that story before just amazing
The place where they use to always hang out (“Rainbow Bar & Grill” in Hollywood) is a place I always go to. My dad’s friend, Ace Von Johnson, even has his own table with a thing that says his name. The place is really cool..there are famous peoples pictures all over and even some of their guitars!! If you live in LA or near there, you should definitely check it out!!
He’s with Faster Pussycat now isn’t he??
Thanks for the honesty about the movie. I've seen it a couple weeks ago.
@Diane hello, how are you doing it is nice meeting you here.
They need to make more of these types of movies I love them
I think the guy who plans Vince looks more like Kurt Cobain than he does Vince
@Gordon G Rettmann That's who he looks like!! Thanks, it was driving me crazy.
"When she started to hit him, he punched her in the face."
Alright, that's already self-defense as is, but didn't she fucking stab him in real life? That's not abuse, that's a person going into survival mode.
Regarding Ozzy having no recollection of the gross out contest:
1 he was probably so coked up that he doesn't remember.
*I've posted a cover of Billy Squier's "My Kinda Lover" because of The Dirt. Would be dope ass if Motley recorded a full version of that song*
Bro if Tommy’s girlfriend hit him he has the right to hit her back🤷♂️
She apparently stabbed him. idk about slap for slap, but someone literally impales you in the back that at least deserves some physical retaliation.
submissivelover she stabbed him with a pen in the arm in the movie. As well as hit him several times.
@Joey Punk yeah.. che gevara pic expains everything
dan_ da-lion very true
dan_ da-lion yup 💪 💯
I love how Watchmojo left out the scene where she stabs Tommy with the pen and only shows her pushing him to change the narrative of the scene.
That gross out challenge seems like a TikTok challenge that shouldn’t exist. Right up there with devious licks, cooking chicken in NyQuil and choking. It could be “the Ozzy Challenge!!”
I love how the false depictions are easily the least important
Why would ozzy need to be number 1? Anyone into rock and metal more than likely know about that one already. I did
So glad I watched this movie after those harsh reviews... enjoyed every minute 🤘
Ozzy has no recollection of an entire tour he did, no shit he didn't remember it.
Who'd have thought a movie would exaggerate some stuff to make it more entertaining...
I didn’t know MGK played Tommy lee
Most of the stuff was changed or condensed just so it would fit into 90 minutes yk.
I wouldn't call Tommy Lee abusive for hittiing a girl once for hitting him and callin his mom names
Metal Thrash Man exactly she also STABBED him in the leg with a fucking pen he was defending him self just Becuase he is a guy he is automatically abusive
Look at the way Vince was moving at that pool party man that was amazing
“The Dirt” was produced by Mötley Crüe.. dk how things could’ve been wrong if the actual band members we’re making it too
I find it amazing that all 4 members of Motely Crue helped produce the movie and even had the actors with them learning from them but yet they got it wrong. The guys who the movie is about got it wrong.
Love how everyone suddenly became Motley Crue fans lmao hey atleast its good music making a full cirlce
More like Motley Crue critics! I can’t believe how much criticism this movie has gotten from people who don’t listen to Motley Crue or from that era entirely.
I think the "the dirt" was amazing movie!
In Tommy's defense he got stabbed by a pen by that girl, he's not abusive if he hit her back
About Ozzy not remembering things from the Bark at the Moon tour... that is not surprising, there are many many things from the years after Randy Rhoads' death he doesn't recall.
“I have all these old photographs of me in the ‘80s, ‘90s, and I can’t remember taking them,” Osbourne reflected. “I sometimes wonder, ‘Is that really me?"
The best thing nikki syxx did, was do a duet with Megadeth.
The Megadeath diet sound a lot better than the paleo diet.
Factually wrong: Vince can sing and remember words...
Tommy assaulted her---?! GTFO she had it coming big time she stabbed him and insulted his mother after repeatedly being asked politely not to. She's lucky she didn't get thrown out of the window while the bus was moving
I swear I can watch this movie back to back dude
