Home Free, If I could afford to go I would go to all their Concerts. I have sent information on them to most all my family.
If I were a hit singer I'd be praying, "please, God, don't let Home Free cover one of my songs," cuz I know they'd do it much better than I did.

Gah, I really wish I could agree with this, but I think Ed has the much better version. I love the Home Free boys so much, but this is one time that I can't say that I love this version better than the original.
I'm going to throw in a 3rd candidate for the best version of this. Celtic Thunder's version is stellar as well as this one.

Also though what is consistent for me with all versions including Ed's original is I have to slow it down to 0.75 speed. Seriously fast pace ruins the depth and message and feels of this song.

I hate country... but I absolutely adore Home Free's country.. Their a capella is just cleaner, purer.. All country should learn from them. Totally a fan.

When I first heard this song by Ed Sheeran which is amazing, I thought somebody should do an American country version. This is the first I have heard this and Home Free could not have done it any better 👏🏼
My favorite thing about your music is that it just makes me happy. Whenever I'm having a rough day, I just pull up one of your songs on youtube and instantly feel better. I love how that in every video that you make, each and every one of you just looks like you're having the time of your life, singing at the top of your lungs and having fun together. I can't stop at one sometimes I run the battery down on my phone.
I do the same thing and they have also got me listening to country music again. It's almost illegal to have this much talent in one group.

I was kinda sceptical of a country acapella group covering an Ed Sheeran, but this is easily the best cover if this song I've ever heard

Had the privilage of hearing Home Free live in concert this past weekend in Kansas City. WOW!!!! I was in love with their music before the show but their live performance was AMAZING!! I agree 100%. I was lucky enough to catch them twice in my area. Once when Chris was still with them, and once with Chance. I would go a third time, given the opportunity.

I know you have more devoted (or obsessed) than I am . I have listened to almost all songs you have put together. I can’t say all as I don’t believe in absolutes (always, never, forever and so on , there will be exceptions). Here in Rockport Texas I have yet to here of you. In my immediate family I can’t get them to a single song yet. I will keep trying. I saw you sang a song to raise funds for Hurricane Harvey. The eye of this storm went onto land in Rockport Texas. Yet I did not here about it until going through your songs to see which ones I haven’t heard yet. I would like to hear you on the radio. Then someone in my family would almost have to hear you guys.

Annie S - I hope both you and Raih, and everyone else, gets a chance to see the, live. I been lucky enough to see them 3 times now. Hearing them live is whole other experience entirely. I also found them while looking at other videos. I was fortunate in hat they were playing in my home town just a few weeks after I found and I was able to see them live for the first time. Unfortunately, it was right after Chris left so I wasn’t able to see him perform with the group. However, he did open for Home Free at the Christmas concert I saw last year, so that was cool.
Going to concert in Cincinnati on June 4th! Can hardly wait!

This is such an incredible cover of such a sad song. The thought of growing up and growing apart from everything you were once close to is just heartbreaking. And being both famous and from my generation, Ed Sheeran probably wrote this song from experience.

Even though I normally hate "one-note-Sally" vocal lines (I sing bass, I've seen plenty), my favorite line to sing along with is that tenor-octave-rhythmic-pedal-tone thing; I just love that rhythmic pulse, and also it's fun to harmonize/improvise with. Yet another great one :)

Last November my fiancé and I saw you guys in Dallas. It was an amazing show. Planned on seeing you again this year but not sure I will be able. In may I broke my neck in a roll over accident. What I said about Home Free is the truth. The best of the very best. There's no other A Capella group can hold a candle to Home Free. There should be radio time, awards. When you have excellent work, it should be recognized and awarded.

Absolutely FLAWLESS. You can tell the amount of effort and passion that was put into this song. The harmonies were angelic and Adam as lead sound amazing. Also the scenery was just beautiful.

Yep, every time I hear these guys, they make the song THEIRS - and it is ALWAYS so much better than the original - very few singers can do that! They are such nice guys too they act like brothers, and that warmth comes through in their singing!

I love Rob's voice. I'm not sure which makes me smile more, when he sings out "on the hill" or the slight irony of him singing the "tiny dancer" line. Both are awesome. Well done, sir.
I don't think of Home Free as an acappella group for 2 reasons- it sure sounds like there are instruments being played and there are instruments being played ...their voices are incredible instruments; skillfully played.

Became an instant fan when I inadvertently saw your first appearance on The Sing Off. Perfect voices, perfect harmonies, perfect public personalities. Every song a treat but...THIS one makes me so nostalgic for my small western Oklahoma town. Red dirt, back roads, wheat fields and so many friends of my youth and our crazy antics.
