This franchise has so much content that could be released and explored. And the fans are desperate for it. I have to admit, seeing the old Bagdasarian logo being used in the outro made me shed a little tear of joy. I have been a fan of this franchise for a very, very long time. These characters, their music, their stories, all mean the world to me and so many others. Every piece of this franchise and its history is precious to the fans. For a while there has been a lot of concern among fans about where things are going. The complete silence from official sources, lack of updates to the website, and the uncertainty of the 2015 series' fate have left us in a state of sadness. But this, this is a glimmer of hope. Please keep going with this concept. We're always up for learning more about the Chipmunks. My main hope for this channel has always been to see it be used to release official content (ie. original songs from the 2015 series, episodes from the older cartoons, pilots and other promotional material, ect. ect.) But this is a lovely start and made me incredibly happy to see. The references to older works (like the use of the old logos), the clips and images of Ross Sr. (some of which we've never seen!), and even all the cool merchandise in the background are all things this fandom will be talking about for quite a while. Gosh, I never get tired of Ross Bagdasarian Jr.'s voice! This was such a lovely introduction to '65 Years In A Nutshell' and I am so totally looking forward to the next 64 year recap! The Chipmunks (and The Chipettes) have been with me for the majority of my life (13 years to be exact!), and I honestly don't know where I would be without them. Watching this documentary made me feel like a kid again, wanting to absorb every little detail there is to know about Alvin and his brothers. I definitely know what my chosen topic would be on Mastermind! Seeing the selection of merchandise in the background - some which I own myself, have seen in the past and also have not seen, such as that cool Little Alvin plush! - just made it feel like a second home watching this. I know nothing lasts forever, but The Chipmunks mean a great amount to a whole lot of people. And we are lucky to have a close-knit community. But having 65 years worth of material means there will never be a dull day in the fandom. Personally, I never get bored of anything AATC because, even if I am enjoying an album from ALVINNN, I still know that I can refresh my mind on the 1990s albums, such as Chipmunks In Low Places! But this gives me hope for the future, and something tells me we haven't seen the last of Alvin, Simon, Theo and The Chipettes yet! But what I love the most about this franchise is the feeling of family and love, and it has echoed throughout every generation. Dave loving the boys as if they are his own, the brotherly and sisterly relationships, the belonging and sense of 'all for one and one for all'. And who can forget the songs? They play such an important part of the franchise, and I am 100% certain when I say that Chipmunk covers are miles above the original 'human' versions. And the original songs are just as great! That's all thanks to you, Ross and Janice - I know that Ross Sr. would be so proud of what The Chipmunks have become. And if you guys didn't end up carrying on with Ross Sr.'s legacy, just know that you would have had long, award-winning careers as singers yourselves!
I know the story of how The Chipmunks got started has been told many times, but it’s so great to hear new details about it. Like the family grape vineyard business, the success of “Come On-A My House”, and the chipmunk that dared Ross Sr. on the road. And the old Bagdasarian Film Corporation logo at the end was a nice touch. Having known of The Chipmunks for as long as I can remember, I eventually grew to appreciate the real life history that led them to where they are today. What The Chipmunks have accomplished has inspired me for almost 5 years now to make videos here on TH-cam where I elaborate on the franchise. Ross, if you are reading this, I would just like to say how grateful I am for all that you and your family have done for The Chipmunks. I would love to learn all about the history of Alvin and the Chipmunks and all the trials and tribulations! Also, was The Tour the last episode of Alvinnn? Or is season 6 still coming at some point? There’s been hints that the show was cancelled early, but nothing definite. I would like to know so that I can either celebrate or properly mourn the ending of my favorite show. As a fan of Ross Sr.'s work (including The Chipmunks), I find it very sweet that Ross Jr. is taking the time to go over the history of the very trio of characters that made his dad a household name among many. Ross Bagdasarian Sr. is a very talented singer and songwriter, and the Chipmunks are evidence of his musical versatility and talent. He's an idol of mine and many others who've been fortunate to have been exposed to the Chipmunks, and other parts of his discography. This was so wonderful to see! Happy 65th Anniversery! 🐿🎶🎄 I've been a fan of Alvin and the Chipmunks since 2007 when I saw the first movie in theaters with my family. Since then, I was hooked! Along the way, I started to watch the 80s series and The Chipmunk Adventure and grew more and more fond of the little guys and their squeaky soundtracks! I know this has been said by many other fans, but The Chipmunks were such a big part of my childhood, and I thank the Bagdasarian family for helping make the Chipmunks (and Chipettes!) hold such a special place in I and many others hearts.
This was the biggest surprise. I recently got back into my chipmunk phase, and this franchise was my whole childhood, in fact,I watched the 80’s series this morning! I know a lot of people are calling the whole Alvin And The Chipmunks fandom dead, but it remains alive in my heart. I love going back to the movies and rewatching them over and over and over again. My favorite movie is definitely the third one, Chip-wrecked, since my fav ship is Simonette (or Simon x Jeanette), and Simon was had a real smooth flirt streak in that one 😆 I hope y’all know that I’ll be telling my kids one day about the greatness of those 3 (or six) munks and their shenanigans or even show them the movies and TV shows, I won’t let it die. This was honestly a very nice and peaceful tribute to your dad Ross Sr who created The Chipmunks in 1958 this video really did make me happy and a bit emotional to watch not only the fact that I have been following this franchies for 16 years since the first cgi live action movie in 2007 came out but I remeber right after the movie was over I had wanna more of them to the point I start to draw the chipmunks at a very young age which i thank them for making me being a better artist but as I can recalled on chirstmas in 2008 remeber opening up the Alvin and the Chipmunks dvd box set with my very first Alvin Plush which i fell in love with deeply and also had wanna Simon and Theodore I truly love these guys i love story y`all tell with these characters the songs, movies, cartoons everything in general I thanks the 2007 movie for letting me getting into the series as a whole and the lore and history it hold into I never knew who The Chipettes were until I saw The Chipmunk Adventure on DVD back in 2008 but here i am now a person in there earky 20s who is prettty much A chipmunks collector/Lore person I must say Thank You too your dad, your wife pretty much in the family for bringing these wonderful Characters to life can't wait too see what the future hold in for them

For next year, I would think that the movie is called Scooby-Doo and Alvin and the Chipmunks Chipmunk Mystery. The tag line for the movie is "Mischief meets A Mystery". It's a feature film. I didn't know at first that it was a live action movie adaptation least since I hadn't even already heard of the Alvin and the Chipmunks before the live action movie and was confused for why the Chipmunks and especially the Chipettes look more like humans than chipmunks in both appearance and size in all the adaptations except the live action movie adaptation, the 1958-1960 LP record album covers and as puppets from 1958 unlike most other characters from major franchises like Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Escuchar de voz de Bagdasarian Jr el como ellos iniciaron y así han llegado hasta ahora siendo siempre la mejor banda en animación que hay, es maravilloso. Espero Alvin and the Chipmunks estén con sus verdaderos por mucho tiempo más.

Hey Ross Bagdasarian Jr. I hope you might remember me. I'm Garrett Rockne and I just loved the films and tv shows of Alvin and the Chipmunks. I am a big fan of Alvin and the Chipmunks, and I was wondering what if the chipmunks and chipettes meets Scooby-Doo? For next year, I would think that the movie is called Scooby-Doo and Alvin and the Chipmunks Chipmunk Mystery. The tag line for the movie is "Mischief meets A Mystery". It's a feature film. It will be set as a Direct to DVD film and be on digital. What do you think about this new movie for the 65th anniversary of Alvin and the Chipmunks? It will also the 55th anniversary of Scooby-Doo. I didn't know at first that it was a live action movie adaptation least since I hadn't even already heard of the Alvin and the Chipmunks before the live action movie and was confused for why the Chipmunks and especially the Chipettes look more like humans than chipmunks in both appearance and size in all the adaptations except the live action movie adaptation, the 1958-1960 LP record album covers and as puppets from 1958 unlike most other characters from major franchises like Alvin and the Chipmunks.
