      @@falakfatima1068 😅 actually if its the first time less is better. After doing squats it would be hard to climb stairs. Always remember its not the times you do that really matter its how you do it the posture. If you are a beginner try 5 rep sets. Then if comfortable try 10 rep 3 sets. Increase the sets or the reps as you progress and prefer. If you go to a gym or have weights at home you can use them when you gained some experience. I'm not a pro but still i have searched read and learned a lot. Train all the leg muscles if possible including the kalfs. Ok. All the very best. 😊

      You should go for it, for weight gain do 60-70 squats everyday and take healthy meal rich in carbohydrate and protein to repair muscles that broke down during squats, plus rest properly via sleeping in order to increase the muscle strength rapidly
