What u want guys is called Silicone Modified Conformal Coating!
It’s amazing stuff…it’s not cheap but buy it lasts a long ass time.
Amazing stuff for waterproofing electronics!!!

Yes but it's got to be peeled off when you want to connect something new or disconnect anything.

I found this stuf and read the instructions, It states that it is not going to make it invincible to rain and snow just for the occasional rain... Does not sound water proof..
