I watched an interview with a Lebanese Christian lady who explained how the country changed from a Christian majority to Muslim majority, it was an eye opener in how reaching out in peace and friendship turns around to your own destruction.

yes. It primarily happens when you are in denial about the true intentions of other people. Islam is a warrior religion (both Hitler and Churchill noticed this quickly).

Anywhere the muslim population reaches a large enough demographic threshold, the original culture and religion of the inhabitants will alwasy be at risk. They will either have to run away or fight back to regain control over their historical and sacred sites. This is the result of allowing certain totalitarian religions to take root and grow without boundaries in your lands. Muslims will never allow the same towards non muslims in their own sacred lands and sites, but they will insist on dominating and extinguishing non muslims from their lands.

      Book Of Enoch [Noah's Grandfather]:
“Happy Is The Person Whom Opens His Lips, Praising The Lord God With His Whole Heart.
Cursed Is Every Person Whom Opens His Heart For Insulting, The Poor And Slanders His Neighbour.
Happy Is He Who Opens His lips,

Cursed Is He Whom Opens His Lips For Cursing And Blasphemy.

Happy Whom Looks Carefully To The Raising Up Of The Works Of His Own Hand.
Cursed Whom Looks Sad And Is Jealous To Destroy Another.
Happy Whom Preserves The Foundations Of His Most Ancestors,
Cursed Whom Breaks Down The Institutions Of His Ancestors.
Happy Whom Cultivates The Love Of Peace,
Cursed Whom Disturbs Those Whom Are Peaceful, Full Of Love.
Happy Is He, Whom Even Though He Does Not Speak Peace With His Tongue, Nevertheless In His Heart There Is Peace Towards All.
Cursed whom With His Tongue Speaks Peace, But In His Heart There Is No Peace But A Sword.

Some Muslims illogically and falsely say that Jesus was a Muslim in their Quranic narration, and it's an ignorant statement that goes against history. Jesus was Jewish and Nazareth was the land of Israel.
Jesus was Jewish and his followers are called Christians. Jesus was dark and brown, not as depicted in Byzantine and European iconography.
I am Christian and I really appreciated this accurate and well-made video.

What does being Jewish Christian and Muslim mean , that they all must worship ONENESS of a God.
This is known as monotheistic religion.
People who practice Islam known as MUSLIM , ITS A TITLE GIVEN BY ALMIGHTY GOD . JUDAISM WAS NAMED AFTER A TRIBE NOT BY GOD , THEY WERE ENTRUSTED TO SPREAD THE MESSAGE OF ONE GOD. BUT THEY FAILED MISERABLY and changed a large part of the Torah and were punished never to have a nation of their own.MANY PROPHETS WERE SENT TO JEWS ,AND JESUS BEING THE LAST. Christian and Jewish and all the idol worship nations world would like Islam to disappear but Allah said They wish to extinguish Allah’s light with their mouths, but Allah will ˹certainly˺ perfect His light, even to the dismay of the disbelievers.

Christianity is the child of Judaism. Judaism gave birth to Christianity. Judaism faithfully, selflessly, and lovingly parented an exceptionally smarter, brighter, healthier, and more privileged spirit than itself. The Western (USA) Military is just one example of this. Only Judaism was capable of raising Christianity. Christianity does it's best to honor its parent. But no human is perfect. Christianity is all the best parts of Judasim, but without the trauma, dogma, without wrinkles, and with 20/20 vision. Christianity loves it's parent very much - but in order to honor it's parent, they are obliged to kindly and gently remind them to read Isaiah chapter 53 in the Tanahk and see that the Messiah came 2024 years ago. His name name is Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus the Christ) and he's alive today in all of his (true) disciples. The Church are a people, not a stone building.
When we understand the plan for This Age, we can be closer to God, by aligning ourselves with His will on a day-to-day basis. Swimming within the current, rather than against it.

@@AnoFlour Are there not much Muslims even before that time? Anyway, I feel saying that the reason for this violence is due to displacement of Arabs to the northern parts of Israel, is pointing the wrong finger than the actual drivers of violence, which is Muslim extremism. I don't think everyone is aware what a Muslim majority area entails until recently with the internet. Usually mixed cities with other beliefs being more prevalent are frankly a lot tamer.

Actually, there is love and tolerance in Islam, especially for the "people of the book" which include Jewish and Christians. Sad to see that happening, even Churches in Mindanao in the Philippines for example gets attacked by some extremists at times, and needed the army to protect them at times.
Where in Israel do they go to, I heard there are many Christians in Tel Aviv or Haifa.
EDIT: This may be weird, but what if diaspora Palestinian Christians are allowed to return, and encouraged to settle in Nazareth, to outset the balance of Muslims living there?
EDIT2: Maybe if you have the time I suggest contacting the YT channel Sergio and Rhoda, Nazareth residents who are both believers in Jesus (one is a Jew and one is an Arab, and I think they're married) and maybe interview their life there as a mixed ethnic couple.

Vedas [Hindu Bible] Mentions Adam, Abraham, Moses & Noah, Within Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Hinduism.
      Adam was Swayambhu Manu (4000BC),
      Cain was Indra (3200BC),
      Noah was Vaivaswat Manu (3000BC),
      Abraham was Rama (2100BC)
      Moses was Krishna (1500BC),
      Mohammad Was Mahammada.
Origins in the Indus Valley, Where Jesus Son Of Mary, Travelled To Read The Vedas.
Marriages in the Bible that Christians don't like talking about:
Mary was 12 year old when married 90 Year old Joseph
Rebecca was 3 years old when she married 40 year old Isaac.
Mary was estimated to be 12 or so when she had Jesus
And Isaac literally married a 3-year-old. One can see that with simple math:
      • Sarah was 90 when Abraham was 100 (Genesis 17:17).
      • Abraham was 100 when Isaac was born (Genesis 21:5).
      • Sarah died at aged 127 (Genesis 23:1-2) [Thus, Isaac would be 37 as 127-90=37]
      • Isaac was 40 when he married Rebekah (Genesis 25:20)
      • Abraham told others about Rebekah’s birth when Sarah was 127 (So, Rebekah was born the same year that Sarah died, and therefore Isaac would have been 37).
      Matthew 4:1) Jesus was tempted
[James 1:13) God cannot be tempted
      (John 1:29) Jesus was seen
(1 John 4:12) No man has ever seen God

The Word Christ Derives From The Greek Word 'Christos' Translating As The: Chosen & Anointed.
The Word Messiah Comes From The Arabic/Hebrew Word 'Messiach', Also Meaning Chosen.
Jesus Did Not Speak Greek or Hebrew, He Spoke Aramaic.
      John 14:28
“I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I”

The Jews were also expecting a prophet in the Arabian deserts as it was mentioned in the their Scriptures but they weren't expecting him to be from the Ishmaelite although it was clearly mentioned that God will glorify the Ishmaelites in the future. But still they rejected and opposed the Prophet (PBUH) because he wasn't a Jew from among themselves.
      Isaiah 42:11
Let the desert and its cities lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar( children of Ishmael/Arabs) inhabits; let the habitants of Sela (in hebrew means Rock) sing for joy, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
Genesis 17:20, KJV: "Behold, I have blessed Ishmael, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation."(Arabs)
I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.” (Deuteronomy 18:18) where is this prophet?
“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him” (Deuteronomy 18:19). It is well-known that every surah (chapter) of the Qur’an (except At-Tawbah 9) should start by: bismillah ir-rahman ir-rahim (In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful).
“And he said, the Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.” (Deuteronomy 33:2) Mount Paran is the area located between the mountains of Abu-Qubays, Qi`an, and Hira’ in Makkah.
The coming prophet would be illiterate, as was Muhammad (peace be upon him): “And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, ‘Read this, I pray thee’ and he saith, ‘I am not learned.'” (Isaiah 29:12)
In the song of Solomon the Word Muhammad (SAW) is mentioned as Muhammadim (We Muslims use Muhammadin) and both in Hebrew and Arabic it is a title not a name meaning likeable. In Arabic it also means "praiseworthy" and the other meaning in Hebrew is sweet.
It became the most used name in Islamic history but it was a title at first and the other name given to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was Ahmed.

Best part is they just built a dome over the temple coz they couldn't destroy it completely and claimed it was theirs. They slaughtered animal and threw meat and poured blood in our temples. His teachings are by no means a thing of the past, and his early followers were Jewish despite being labeled as "Christians." Don't worry about offending people, but I (a non-Jewish Christian) couldn't tell you what other communities know about Jesus. The fact that he's Jewish should be common knowledge, though. In fact, it's in the name. There's no way he could be called "Christ" or his followers called Christian if he wasn't Jewish. It just wouldn't make any sense. That's kind of the point.

      Concept of God in Hinduism:
In The Light Of Hindu Scriptures....
Hinduism is commonly perceived as a polytheistic religion.
Indeed, most Hindus would attest to this, by professing belief in multiple Gods. While some Hindus believe in the existence of three gods, some believe in thousands of gods, and some others in thirty three crore i.e. 330 million Gods. However, learned Hindus, who are well versed in their scriptures, insist that a Hindu should believe in and worship only one God.
We can gain a better understanding of the concept of God in Hinduism by analysing Hindu scriptures.
      #UPANISHADS:
The Upanishads are considered sacred scriptures by the Hindus.
The following verses from the Upanishads refer to the Concept of God:

      "Na tasya pratima asti"
"There is no likeness of Him."

"Na samdrse tisthati rupam asya, na caksusa pasyati kas canainam."
"His form is not to be seen; no one sees Him with the eye."

      9. The Jewish Teflin = Kaaba:
The black box the jews put on their foreheads "Totafot", but they left the original word for no reason they changed it to "Tefillin", many jews asking why we left the original word ! in the Torah they're called Totafot.
So why do we call them Tefilin ? because according to many jewish scholars Totafot derives from the Arabic Tafa or to "go around encircle" طواف.,

To claim them as Islamic. Islamic doctrine is that Adam was a Muslim. Abraham was a Muslim. Moses was a Muslim. Jesus was a Muslim. And they all taught Islam. According to Islamic teaching, we Jews and Christians corrupted Islamic teaching and innovated new, false religions. Therefore they (Muslims) are the original and we are the fake.
Clever way to erase the fact that Judaism came first, followed by Christianity.

I've blocked DMoney so he might not be able to see this, but it's an example of the psychology of Islam.
A bit of truth"Jesus wasn't Christian" mixed with lies "and a practicing Muslim"- no, he wasn't. He was an observant Jew: a reformist, perhaps. A blasphemer? A heretic? In Christian theology, the Messiah. But a Jew nonetheless.
      Jesus was NOT a Muslim.
Anyway, in Islamic theology, Jesus didn't die on the cross.

Tal love your work, but here's the thing, Bronze age Levantine populations got about 80% of their ancestry, in terms of dna, from Anatolia, Caucasus and Zagros regions. People from these regions range in superficial tone from very light, sometimes with red hair, to moderately dark. Modern Lebanese CHRISTIANS are about 70-80% genetically similar to bronze age Canaanites and MANY Lebanese are indistinguishable from Ashkenazi. So there is every possibility , especially in 1st century Judea, in antiquity, 1200 years after the bronze age, that Mary could have looked "french", especially after centuries of further mixing with Greeks and Romans. Tell me if Fairouz or Moher Zain, or Tony Shaloub, all Lebanese, dont pass for "white". Now they of course are not "white" because "white" is a 500 year old social construct, an ethnic slur, that specifically referred to Anglo-Germanic Europeans original and did not include Mediterranean or even Slavic Europeans. The truth is, people from Ireland to Persia can be very light. Obviously the range in gradient changes the further east and south you go, but that doesnt mean there arent and werent many who were relatively light. There was not a huge difference between Southern Italians, Greeks and Judeans in terms of phenotype, its just that Judeans were probably slightly darker on avg. And in the winter can look quite pale even, then in the sun, they darken. Its not "whitewashing". It represents what many actual people from the region looked like. Not all, maybe not even most, but many. JUST like today. Just like modern Lebanese, Armenians, Uzbeks, Assyrians and many Persians. Canaan got darker AFTER Aravization in the 7th century. But there was always a range from light like Europeans to darker like Mediterraneans, ever since the Bronze age. What diaspora did is change the AVERAGE superficial tone of various communities. Those who went to Europe like Ashkenazi and original Sefardi probably got a little lighter, those who went to India and southern Mesopotamia, southern Iran, Yemen and NA probably got a little darker on avg, those who went to northern Near East, Northern Mesopotamia and Northern Iran probable, again on avg, stayed prob within a similar range of tonality.

Tal, I don't know if you will see this comment since it's long after you posted the video, but I wanted to say:
15:36 יהוה ישוע הנצרי ומלך היהודים
The sign is a reference to the New Testament (John 19:20), which says there was a sign on the cross where Jesus was crucified that read "Jesus the Nazarene, king of the Jews."
Here נצרי means someone from Nazareth, not Christian as it means in modern Hebrew.
Also note that they added a vav before מלך so it would spell out יהוה as an acronym.

@@paulcaroline7697 One theory is that Rabbis started using Yeshu for Jesus to distinguish between Joshua (ben nun).
Yeshu is also an acronym in Hebrew for *Y*imach *Sh*emo *V*'Zichro[no] Yud, Shin, Vav meaning "may his name and memory be obliterated"
The name Yeshu was used in Hebrew writing before Jesus, Yeshu the sorcerer was in the time of the Hasmoneans.
I don't think you will find the answer you are looking for this was too long ago, and some things are just lost to history.

Definitely. There is no black and white. That is just social contruct from period of slavery in America that unfortunately spread in the past centuries. Yet in periods before, ancient times, color coding people just wasn't a thing. Anyway groups of people always migrated all over.
There are haplogroups, ethnic groups based on shared culture, language, tradition. But no races. We're all the same, human. The Mediterranean area is a prime example of that. It was a mixture of various people who moved around, traded and exchanged between each other for thousands of years. They are a varied people all across the Mediterranean basin, including North Africa of course. Yet people stereotype a certain look that they like to think represents a certain group, yet that is just cosmetic, surface stuff. People vary across the Mediterranean and very similar looking. Southern Europeans(Italians, Greeks), previous Anatolian area before Turkish groups arrived, was Greek. Them and people of the eastern Mediterranean, the Levant, like ancient Judea, Lebanon, Syria can look similar. My family for example is Italian and some Greek, and some were darker and some lighter in colouring of hair, eyes, skin tone. I was lighter along with some cousins and other cousins darker. I always wanted to be darker, look like the "stereotypical Italian" and my cousins and older relatives, liked my lighter hair and skin tone. Genetics is a mix, a throw of the dice. We're all a mix, varied and human.

You're making assumptions on the racial makeup of Israel during the time of Jesus.
The region, by this time, had been conquered by Greeks and Romans and prior to that already been conquered by Assyrians, Babylonians and Persians.
The region was a crossroads of people and the idea that Mary or Jesus couldn't have European features is just plain silly.
Plus, depending on the Christian community, they have, historically atleast, depicted Jesus and Mary in the manner of their own community.
Which is why Ethiopian Christians have a more darker hued Jesus and a Mary with Ethiopian features.
Which is why old Christian imagery found in China shows Mary as an East Asian.
Mary's image changes to the community that is painting her.
Even the image you pointed to is not a French image of Mary but a Greek icon of the Virgin.
So your point about race is just baseless.

My parents are both Palestinian Syrian Orthodox Christians. They were both in the US (before they even knew each other), one on a student visa and the other on a tourist visa. Neither of them were allowed to return to their homeland of Jerusalem and Bethlehem (during 1967) due to an Israeli government ban. When my mother finally returned in the 80's to visit with her mother before she passed away, she went through an absolutely terrifying search and interrogation by the IDF. I'm talking terrifying and inhumane, as in a cavity search, if you know what I mean💔. My father was too terrified to ever go back, due to PTSD. He was a young boy the day the King David Hotel was bombed by the Zionist Haganah and Irgun Jewish militant groups, he had just left when it was bombed. Another time he was having dinner at home with his family, when he heard their (tied up) guard dogs barking so he went out to see what was happening and there were two Israeli soldiers walking by and they literally shot both dogs point blank and then laughed about it while my dad started freaking out and crying.
We need to understand the root causes of war and the trauma that gets passed down from generation to generation. I understand the point you're trying to make, to a certain degree. However, I can tell you that as Christians, my family could feel the suffocation from BOTH sides(at times). I think it's important not to make too many blanket judgements. I really do believe we were all brought to this Earth to coexist together peacefully, too much division and separation just continues to lead to more upheaval and chaos, as we are continuing to bare witness. Shlomo Ilkulkun✌🏼🌍🙏🏽💖!! (“Peace to All,” in my native Aramaic💕)

There have always been Arabs and Jews with fair hair, green eyes and light coloured skin, especially thousands of years ago. Even today, Palestinians such as the activist, Ahed Tammi, and her father, have blonde hair, light skin and green eyes.

One thing that also needs to be mentioned is that besides emigration and the violence thrown upon them by gangs/radicals, the Muslim population continues having very large numbers of kids thus the reason why the population of Christians/Jews in these areas is appearing lower and lower each year

It just amazes me how 3 faiths can all believe we hail from the same common ancestors in Adam and Eve, making us of course all related to one another, yet still manage to find ways to hate and divide based on any number of nuances. Even sects within those very faiths find ways to divide and not get along, which forces me to the conclusion that what really unites the human “race” is hatred. I do not believe that this is what God had in mind when He created mankind, not in the least. I think this grieves Him more than anything.

Tal l'm watching the series: The Chosen about Jesus and the Apostles. I'm getting the sense of what Israel was like in the first century. Living conditions, biblical teachings, lived experience of the time. Dallas Jenkins director. Thanks for doing the walking tour of Nazareth. Glad your ok, steps can be tricky anywhere in the world. Take care.

I am so glad to learn and see more of Nazareth. So Nazareth is a separate state and not part of Israel?

@@betsybrennan7101Nazareth is part of modern Israel, with northern Nazareth more Arab, and the southern more Jewish. Many Jews go to the north recently though, more curious about Christmas celebrations for example.
