Bro രണ്ട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ വിട്ടുപോയി, ചെയിൻ പ്രോപ്പർ ആയിരിക്കണം. പിന്നെ gear മാറേണ്ട ടൈം ആവുമ്പോ ഒരു ചെറിയ മർദ്ദം gear ലിവർ ഇൽ കൊടുത്തു വച്ചാൽ കോർച്ചുകൂടെ ഈസി ആയിരിക്കും .. 👍❤️
4:13 ഒരു 3000 4000 km കൂടുതൽ rpm എത്തിയാൽ ഇത് വളരെ എളുപ്പം ആണ്. ഞാൻ ഇത് പണ്ടേ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. ആദ്യമേ up ഷിഫ്റ്റ് ലേക്ക് ലോഡ് കൊടുത്തു വെക്കുക. (ചെറുതായി ടൈറ്റ് കാൽ ചെയ്ത് വെക്കുക). ആ ടൈംമിൽ just ത്രോട്ടിൽ പെട്ടന്ന് കുറച്ചു പിന്നെ കൂട്ടുക (അത് വീഡിയോയിലെ പോലെ തന്നെ fast ആയി ) അപ്പോൾ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റികലി ഷിഫ്റ്റ് ആയിട്ടുണ്ടാക്കും. അത് പോലെ തന്നെ down ഷിഫ്റ്റും ത്രോട്ടിൽ കൊടുക്കാതെ ഇറങ്ങുബോൾ ഒന്ന് താഴേക്ക് ഗിയർ just ചവിട്ടി പിടിച്ചു ത്രോട്ടിൽ പെട്ടന്ന് കൊടുക്കും അപ്പോൾ ഡൗണ് ഷിഫ്റ്റും ആകും. അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ത്രോട്ടിൽ വീണ്ടും വിടാം. സിംപിൾ ആണ്. ടൈമിംഗ് തെറ്റിയാൽ ഇത് work ആകില്ല എന്നു മാത്രം.. പക്ഷെ വീഡിയോലെ പോലെ ചെയ്താൽ ടൈമിംഗ് തെറ്റിയാൽ ഗിയര് box sound കേൾക്കും അത് complint ആവാൻ ചാൻസ് വരും.
നമ്മൾ ഈ പരീക്ഷണത്തിനു ഒന്നും ഇല്ല മച്ചാനെ. ആകെ ഉള്ള ഒരു ബൈക്ക് ആണ്. അതും സ്വന്തം വിയർപ്പ്‌ കൊണ്ടു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ പണം മുടക്കി വാങ്ങിയത്. ഇനി പരീക്ഷണം വല്ലതും പാളി പോയാൽ engine പണിക്ക് കേറ്റാൻ കയ്യിൽ കാശും ഇല്ല😢😢.

4th reason: ക്ലച്ച് പ്ലേറ്റ് disconnect ചെയ്യാതെ ഗിയർ ചേഞ്ച് ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് അതിന്റെ തേയ്മാനം കുറയും. പക്ഷെ ശരിയായി ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഗിയറുകൾ കേടാകും.
ഞാൻ 3years ആയി ഏകദേശം ഇത് ചെയ്യുന്നു standard 350 യിൽ ഇതുവരെ വണ്ടിക് ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും ഇല്ല. എന്റെ ഒരു friend ബുള്ളറ്റ് mechanic ആണ് അവൻ പഴയ ബുള്ളറ്റൽ ഇങ്ങനെ ഓടിക്കാറുണ്ട് (1987 model std)എന്റെ വണ്ടിയിൽ അവൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു വണ്ടിക് സീൻ അല്ലെ എന്ന്... അത് use ചെയ്യാൻ അറിഞ്ഞാൽ no seen എന്ന് ആണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. പിന്നെ ഞാനും ഇത് use ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങി. Quick ആയിട്ട് top speed കേറാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട് പിന്നെ ലോങ്ങ് പോവുബോ ക്ലച്ച്ലസ് റൈഡ് ആയത്കൊണ്ട് കൊറച്ചുകൂടെ easy ആയ ride തോന്നി. Down shift ചെയ്യുമ്പോ മാത്രമേ ക്ലച്ച് use ചെയ്ത് rev-match ചെയ്യാറുള്ളു ക്ലച്ച് ഇല്ലാതെയും rev മനസിലാക്കി downshift easy ആയി ചെയ്യാം.
This wont damage anything if you are doing it properly.. But recommended not to study in an expensive bike. Once you get the hang of it you will love it

Gear shifting without clutching in any gear or any speed without a quick shifter is going to put unwanted wear on the gearbox and can cause premature wear and even permanent damage to the gearbox. A normal vehicle is designed to make gear changes with clutch engaged.

actually, ആ engine cut ആകുന്ന കറക്ട് മൊമന്റിൽ Gear Shift ചെയ്യുക എന്നത് impossible ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് Gear മാറണം എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ Gear liver -ൽ Gear മാറേണ്ട Direction -ൽ pressure കൊടുക്കുക, അതിനു ശേഷം throttle blip/rev match ചെയ്യുക. നമ്മൾ pressure കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് Gear automatically change ആകും. Practice practice practice, its easy to master it.
Gear lever load cheyythu padilkunath nallathanu. But it's better to improve and get into single click shifting. Loading the gearbox will lead to premature wear and tear of gearbox. Not anything immediate, but on a longer run.
A crucial tip for beginners and experts for a pleasant upshift. Please correct me if this info is incorrect or is bad for the gear box. When up shifting (clutch less) right before you let go of the throttle (reverse blip) apply a tiny upward pressure on the gear lever. Not too much just enough so that when you let go of the throttle, the gear will slot itself perfectly.
You are right. That TINY pressure is okay. Pakshe if someone applies too much and for a longer time, it will hard the gear box. Athu veranda ennu karuthiyaanu ethu skip cheythathu.
Yes guys! This is really really helpful skill! Could be a real life saver too. I did learn it as a skill. But once my clutch cable broke completely during a ride back to my home, If I did stop it would be difficult to start but I continued for about 20more mins till I reached my home safely, Mostly I used 1,2 & 3 gears because of the twisty roads on the way back...
ഫാസ്റ്റ് ആയി ഓടിക്കുമ്പോൾ throttle ഫുൾ കട്ട് ചെയ്യാതെ ഗിയർ മറ്റാം. Accelerate ചെയ്ത് quick ആയി കുറച്ചു dip ചെയ്ത( throttle ഫുൾ കട്ട് ആക്കാതെ ) gearup ചെയ്യാം. Acceleration കുറചിട്ടു കൂട്ടുന്നത് നല്ല സ്പീഡ് വേണം.

actually, ആ engine cut ആകുന്ന കറക്ട് മൊമന്റിൽ Gear Shift ചെയ്യുക എന്നത് impossible ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് Gear മാറണം എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ Gear liver -ൽ Gear മാറേണ്ട Direction -ൽ pressure കൊടുക്കുക, അതിനു ശേഷം throttle blip/rev match ചെയ്യുക. നമ്മൾ pressure കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് Gear automatically change ആകും. Practice practice practice, its easy to master it.
Gear lever load cheyythu padilkunath nallathanu. But it's better to improve and get into single click shifting. Loading the gearbox will lead to premature wear and tear of gearbox. Not anything immediate, but on a longer run.

A crucial tip for beginners and experts for a pleasant upshift. Please correct me if this info is incorrect or is bad for the gear box.
When up shifting (clutch less) right before you let go of the throttle (reverse blip) apply a tiny upward pressure on the gear lever. Not too much just enough so that when you let go of the throttle, the gear will slot itself perfectly.

Yes guys! This is really really helpful skill! Could be a real life saver too. I did learn it as a skill. But once my clutch cable broke completely during a ride back to my home, If I did stop it would be difficult to start but I continued for about 20more mins till I reached my home safely, Mostly I used 1,2 & 3 gears because of the twisty roads on the way back...

ഫാസ്റ്റ് ആയി ഓടിക്കുമ്പോൾ throttle ഫുൾ കട്ട് ചെയ്യാതെ ഗിയർ മറ്റാം. Accelerate ചെയ്ത് quick ആയി കുറച്ചു dip ചെയ്ത( throttle ഫുൾ കട്ട് ആക്കാതെ ) gearup ചെയ്യാം. Acceleration കുറചിട്ടു കൂട്ടുന്നത് നല്ല സ്പീഡ് വേണം.
