I was overwhelmed with the number of members at first as well because I started with BTS and felt I couldn’t learn 13 new faces but they are all so unique also the brain is an amazing thing. I love each member so much. Seventeen is so amazing.

But i watched Suchwita with Hoshi then with Woozi and when Super came out i was definitely trapped! Luckily I was on vacation and thanks to "In the soop" (the two seasons) I could recognize them all after a week! :D
I've been avoiding watching Seventeen for the past two years because of my studies and literally one week after my exams I have become a carat, they are easy to learn about!!!
I avoided really getting into them because it felt like an 8 member group was my limit in terms of recognizing them and learning names, but I finally had to delve into caratland this year. I've only scratched the surface, but I love it.
You may wonder because of the last song why they left and came back. It’s always the ending song in every concert and it never stops like they play it like 10 times and then it ends but they always don’t know how many times they will play it and it’s a loving meme that is always used in korean television for example haha. Either way I used to imagine those anime’s where the best friend leaves and the protagonist is running after them whenever I heard this song (ie kinda touching) but now I can’t help but not take the song seriously cause all my mind is seeing is Woozi being dramatic and writing these lyrics like the members were leaving him or something when all they were doing was going out 😂

Seventeen is such a great group to get into. Even though the group has 13 members, they all have their own personalities and their chemistry together makes it easy for you to put a person to a name. It only took me about 2 days to get all their names down. I didn't do a guide which is super helpful to get a snippet of each member like the super long guide by caratline, she breaks it down into 4 parts, a intro, part 1, 2 and 3 breaking each unit down. I just watched a lot of variety show, interview and going seventeen. You can just see each member individually and how they joke and work together in shows. Its a great way to get to know each of them and fall in love with them. You will have Bias and vibe with who you vibe with but its hard to have definite ones, it always shifts around bc they all get to have moments to shine.

He writes/composes/produces ALL of their songs!!
