The one reason I like MagHowl in trials or other 3v3 is that it is a non-timer based buff. So if I get a pick and then the teams disengage for 10+ seconds, I still have the big shot for the next fight, as either a team shot tool or just to hut 2c1b on my kill.
Objectively the dueling perks are probably better though.
Precision instrument allows you to 2h1b all the time for no additional work

95 recoil on Blast Furnace is weirdly more extreme than the base 65. Fluted barrel and a Handling masterwork puts the handling at 51. This is where the BF shines, it feels so good for one of those heavier guns. It already has enough range and stability as is. Any 3rd and 4th perks you like will shine on this frame. I am currently using Headseaker / Rampage and I think with its beautiful stats it's the most powerful Brave weapon in the Crucible.
for blast furnace, you want 65 recoil or 100, no in between. 100 is just a tighter 65, but 65 is better than everything except 100

If we could GET one to drop, you’re better off farming red boarders for a weapon you already have. The drop rate, even worse for the perks, to line up for a solid roll is abysmal.

I have gotten most of the godrolls, each only taking around 100 rounds worth of drops+coins

After farming all 150 Waves every week on every character, today I got my God Roll Luna: Hammer forged/Ricochet/Slide Shot/Mag Howl and Range MW. Done farming lol

I think its main use or desire with luna's is more just to artificially inflate range via damage more than a damage perk

I personally found that on my slideshot opening shot roll on Luna's was just not good, the first shot like you could aim at the sky and hit a headshot and then the second shot doesn't connect as well lost a lot of gunfights to literally the first shot being too accurate which feels weird to say lol. I don't really understand the push for this perk when Precision Instrument is all around a better perk, each consecutive shot adds about 44% of the range that opening shot gives in damage values and its always active, opening shot becomes a dead perk on the first shot. If its the best roll you got then you're good honestly don't worry about PI, OS is still good just a lot of cope takes surrounding that perk tbh. With enhanced PI as well the damage per shot will flat out be 5% more making 6 resilience and below 2 head one body. I guess I'm more of a consistency player though, so I'd much prefer my weapons perform the same way on every single shot without having to worry about other factors like magically losing 20 range for shooting my gun once.

They changed how recoil works so the arrowhead brake barrel can sometimes hurt the recoil

Golden brave weapons roll with an extra perk in left and right columns other than that they have no difference

Got a nice flared mag feeding frenzy and frenzy Elsies Rifle, considering the reload is stupidly slow it's a nice roll and its a shiny. And as we know the drop rate for shinies are like winning 100K on a scratch card. It will do for now as a basic game PVE rifle, volatile rounds are easy to proc with void, destabilizing rounds are really pointless when you can just grenade spam and get it done that way.
Aside from that I've been getting nothing but steady hands on forbearance ☠️

My first blast furnace was a shiny and it rolled with snapshot. I can't use any other roll now without it.
My OG blast furnace has the max zoom scope, max stability, snapshot, rampage, range mw. Loved that gun, had so many kills in both pve and pvp.
Only deleted it a few months ago, not happy
@titanicjack6744 Yeah I can't remember my exact og blast furnace roll but i had 3 god rolls of the handcannon and a zen moment/killclip ringing nail. Deleted them all about a year ago, I'm not happy either.

I'd recommend to them to just farm Gambit instead and from Legacy encoding to go for Gnawing Hunger
I disagree with only 1, blast furnace.... headseeker is not a necessity and perpetual motion is better to up the stability and handling so you can get hammer forged and accurized. Range still affects accuracy cone size and headseeker doesnt change your time to kill just your forgiveness. So TLDR, hammer/smallbore, accurized, pm / rapid hit.
That gives you 100 range, 100 stability, 100 reload, 44 handling.

Perpetual Motion is the sauce on High impacts and aggressives. Its one of the most slept on perks for Pulses. It makes them into absolute stat monsters that are very very consistent. No need to fight. One of the best pvpers I know uses Perpetual Motion on his god roll adept Messenger and he has the other god rolls as well. PM is simply his favorite.

Let the record show that I spent almost 30 minutes trying to tell a friend of mine not to dismantle a Zen Moment/Rapid Hit roll of Blast Furnace. Did he keep the roll? No, because he doesn't really play PvP nearly as much as I do. He also hit me with the "Would you put down a Handcannon in order to use a Pulse" logic. But still, I tried to tell him boys. He just wasn't having it. Shame.

Zen Moment and Keep Away on Elsie are, imo, absolute equals, cuz yeah Zen is top tier, but KA paired with Headseeker is an absolutely gross shit, like the gun aims itself four you.
I had both rolls Zen headseeker, KA headseeker and both feels kinds meh, i like more roll KA KC, cause it gives rly less ttk and you feel it.
If anyone was wondering about Hung Jury for a pvp scout, i'd avoid this thing with a 10-foot pole. The zoom is out of this world way too high for gunfighting with a scout. It causes far too many lost gunfights because of the telescopic zoom.

most youtubers when they talk about god rolls they re only referring to pc hence why they are always talking about maxxing range and pay little attention to stability as recoil isn't really a thing on MnK so god rolls would fifer. its all just personal preference really.

Thats a roll Ive been after (range heavy). I have two EOTS/OS rolls, one with super high stability low range, the other balanced both around 63
@@papaspaulding I believe that as long as you hit 60 range, opening shot can extend it to 90ish according to foundry. Not sure if that is accurate but it feels like I’m competing with 120 range HCs sometimes.
I have a few roles with opening shot foundry shows ha a range of 90+ which looks cool on paper but in reality means im just getting that one shot off with nothing to follow it up with then getting picked off as im left short lol
Pretty tired of people slobbering on slideshot. I get it for shotguns, but cmon man. Unless you're trying to use it for the very specific use case of not reloading with magnificent howl, there isn't much of a point running it over eye of the storm or heal clip.
zoom and optics are trash in this game.. other pvp games do way better..
