People who say it got reformulated are tripping. I won't deny that there are bad batches but I have a 2022 batch and with 1 spray on my skin, it lasted all day

Tried a sample of this based on this video, don’t know if it’s my chemistry or what but this fragrance leans extremely masculine to me on the dry down, almost smells like a really smooth fougere, not that I hate it or anything, actually love it, will be my new sig scent after I get through this bottle of ysl y

Bro.. it was good to hear from someone who feels the same way as i feel when it comes to choosing between both intense and normal versions.. i had decants of both but the first one i got my hands on was the non intense version.. i fell in love with it .. months later i thought of getting myself the intense version and although the intense version is still really nice and infact might be a little more potent than the non intense version.. but i simply cant stop going to the non intense version because of the gravity of its simplicity.. the fresh tart fruits with creamy woody vanillic notes is to die for.. the intense is a little bit too out there for me with its spices and sweet oud mixed with leather.. was lucky to buy myself the 2021 screw cap version of the non intense version.
Blind bought this thanks to you and other channels... arrived yesterday and I love it!

Just got my bottle today.....looking forward to wearing it. Hope it is worth the hype.
My 2019 bottle was a beast. I got my 2022 bottle yesterday. To test it I did 4 sprays on each forearm then went to the gym. Came back 2 hours later and my wife couldn’t smell it all.
This just may be my first new niche fragrance or perhaps the intense version. There is a solid discounter here in Southern Africa that sells authenic fragrances where i also got Lanvin Lhomme.
Last year I wore this to college and no joke my professor(who's a REALLY hot female) ran and hugged me and pecked me on the lips infront of the class and said she wished her husband smelled like me.
I told her that after class I can drive her to the store to help her get it, and she said ok. On our way to the store she said "hey, I was thinking we can come over my place for some coffee" and I agreed.
Long story short we smashed and her husband walked in and he was about to punch me, and just before his fist hit me he stopped and said "dude you smell amazing" and long story short we became friends and now we tag team on her(only when I have time.

@@vukpetrovic3082 hey, a guy from mancera said that it isn’t reformulated, they just let them macerate shorter so over time it gets closer to the old formula

I dig this stuff. When I first got it, I liked it, then grew lukewarm about, then kinda felt it could be off putting. Now I wear it for me and it’s way more unique than most designers, but still tends to pull attention. I’m on my second bottle now and it’s almost becoming a bit of signature scent, as I’m reaching for it fairly often.
It’s been my signature for several years.
I think it’s best experienced from afar, because it’s quite strong close up.
I’ve used it all year and for all occasions.
It’s definitely not a Aventus style fragrance (but that just my opinion).
Just bought a bottle last month and it’s still the OG I’m used too.

I got this a week ago along with 3 other manceras. Wasn't what I expected seeing that it was compared to aventus. Its much more serious with little play.

This is one of my favorite scents. What are some others that are similar to this that you would recommend?
I just got it today and i love the opening, its sooo good but being the first fragrance that i have with leather it might take me some time to get used to as it seems a little to strong.
I have no issues with performance. If anything, I am careful not to go over 3-4 sprays when cooler and 2 when hot. I feel this works better with less sprays cause it can get overly sweet if overly sprayed.

i was thinking of getting this but idk, I never owned a unisex fragrance before, I used like dylan blue and blue de chanel. Im not sure if I should go back using dylan blue or get cancer cedrat boise. I do find that the cedrat boise last longer than dylan blue. funny thing out of the 3 cologne dylan blue, the one dolce gabbana, blue de chanel. and the only one I got compliments on was dylan blue

Been looking for a new frag, I have a bottle of Aventus that I bought few years ago and its sadly going empty and im not going to pay that much for another bottle right now .. Im looking at this ombre leather, moustache,club de nuit and a few others(all over the map)....I hear mostly only great things about this one so im gonna blind buy it....
I purchased this fragrance based on your strong endorsement. It must be my body chemistry because it dies pretty fast on my skin. Sadly, it didn't even last through a 2 hour gym session. Also, I was told I smelled "sweaty" after applying 5 sprays fresh out of the shower, and I couldn't get that thought out of my head. I really wanted to love this fragrance, but I'm not really enjoying it so far. To me, it smells like a dirty version of Aventus and not in a good way. Maybe I just need to give it a few more wears, or maybe it's going to be returned.
For Myself I had to slowly fall in love with CB..... 1st couple wearings were ho-hum.... I then let it sit for a month, month and a half.... Bam !!! Loved it.... makes me wonder about "maceration" is that a fact or myth 🤔
Some fragrance you have to wear a couple of times to understand it and get a feel for it before you like it. I have many times tried a fragrance a thought nahh thats not for me then tried it again and like it better the second time and then but the 3th or 4th time you try it you end up falling in love with the smell
mancera cedrat boise and Bvlgari Tygar are the only two fragrance you need in a collection! both can be worn anyday, anywhere, any time
Funny you say this because as I was reading the comments I was thinking of using Black Panther (Tygar clone) and Cedrat and Y EDP as my Jack of all trades perfumes!
i love this smell, but the longevity is no more ! reformulation made it weak so they can introduce the intense version. i really want this fragrance but i don't want to spray it 20 times everytime i leave. btw it quickly went up 2x in price so its 150 bucks in my country

Which fragrance did you end up liking the best?
2021 and onward batches suck..2019 and earlier are still solid. Best to let the newer batches macerate a few months and see how it goes then. Doing it with the new batch and Dior homme intense 2021 batch as well. 🤖
I will give you another reason to try it. Layer it with Lattafa Quaed Al Fursan.
Hi. How does Intense Cedrat B 2:43 oise compare, in terms of longevity and projection, to Red Tobacco, Silver Blue or Aqua Wood?. Would It a safe blind but if I tested, and liked, the original Cedrat Boise?. Thanks.

Cedrat Boise have waaaay more personality but if you wanna be that guy who doesnt stand out and just wants a fragrance that smell like soap get that Versace

@@TLTGReviews Loving it so far! I only caught similar vibes to Aventus smelling it off the bottle; on my skin it smells totally different. So you were correct with saying it didn't smell like it. The opening kept taking my mind to a familiar scent that I couldn't pick up on until I started reading other's comments. FRUIT LOOPS! The dry down is mesmerizing as well!

They are very different, so get some samples and choose whatever one you prefer.

Cedrat Boisé is one of the weirdest fragrances I have encountered. I bought it blind in 2018 because people were so positive about this, it was mass appealing, yet niche, affordable, fruity, easy to wear.... I still have this bottle, and have not really got to liking this fragrance. To me it's very aggressive. It is very harsh on my skin so totally the opposite of most you hear on youtube. If you read the reviews, you do so that a lot of people struggle with this fragrance. I have since not encountered a fragrance where there are so different opinions on. From super fruity, easy going, people pleaser, to harsh synthetic, burned rubber, cigarette smell... My advice would be: try before you buy. I noticed my bottle getting stronger and more intense after a while. I did however was underwhelmed by the newer bottle I smelled in a store, also the colour seemed lighter. Although when I bought it, I read that I needed the 2016 Batch, and now a 2018 batch seems better. Probably not much has changed. I do agree new sprayers are a lot better. Especially intens fragrances like this benefit a lot of a more spread out mist and not a super concentrated oil patch on your skin.

And it smells soooo good. Yes, a little fruity pebbles but that makes this shit delicious. And that dry down is perfection
Finally got Cedrat boise..very interesting. I definitely see the Aventus comparison as the notes weave in and out of Creed territory (especially the opening) the odd part is i get a heavy cigarette smoke out of the mid before it dries back down into something more pleasant . Has anyone else experienced this?

Cedrat Boise is my only terrible "blind buy" to date. I keep trying to like it, but I just don't understand all the hype for this fragrance. I get none of the "woody"notes, only fruity pebbles cereal.

Recently purchased a 2022 May bottle through jomashop and was weak in performance/projection returned it & purchased a bottle through maxaroma and I’m content with the bottle I received it’s a 2022 as well but was made in January it hits!

I think it's okay. It only lasts 3hrs on me and I spray my clothes too. I blind bought it and I've wore it once because of the way it preformed. It smells like Club De Nuit intense but not as good..... Just my opinion and how it acts with me. It's not great, it's not bad but it's good. I don't feel like my money was wasted but I have better that I'd rather wear. ✌️
