This one's for Eugene - Marcin Bachorski Trio 2012
In reggae music there is you may say a genre called Roots reggae. I think I can say I always was into playing something one may call Roots Jazz. The one with the blues and a heavy swinging filled with emotion, you know. Not academic/studied kind of playing but more sincere, personal stuff. It makes people want to dance. It is not modern jazz but it is a Classic.
So here is one kind of strip-tease blues for you :) played by one Tony Romandini's former student on guitar, senior former Charlie Haden's student on bass and a young smart drummer from Gorzów Wielkopolski.
