@@sewfulcreations with arthritis in my hands and my Ulnar never woke up after surgery my hands are a hot mess and from turning bags I have Trigger thumb in both and my 1st finger on my right hand so I try to think of things that are easier and hubby turns my bags now lol thank you will go look now they were both gorgeous

It would be hard, but every machine is different, and it also depends on the materials you choose. The vinyl I used would never work on a domestic machine.

Does the lining come out so it’s not baggy without going a little larger on the seam
The lining fits perfectly. Drop-in linings usually fit better without sagging, and there's no need to increase the seam allowance.
Do you score the interfacing for the flap
I didn't, but you definitely could.
