Having done so many playthroughs of GTA 4, it's frustrating watching Matto worry over cabs when he could just literally drive everywhere. I know this won't change anything but only using cabs means missing out on a bunch of things you would normally come across.

You go in normally, taking a few hits from the dealers. Then the cops can come in and box you in if you're not careful. It's also hard to get away if you try to go out the way you came. It's not like you're informed of the Jetmax
None of the missions are hard, just content creators like Matt try to rush everything then die and complain. If you just take your time and actually try to enjoy the game and play it properly you will never die unless you make a mistake. That’s why the missions are so unforgiving and restart, you have so much health and armor that it’s almost impossible to die if you just play the game with some common sense.

I'm really enjoying this gameplay but Matt's instance on only using cabs to get around really bothers me, I know the he's a speed runner and the driving physics in this game are shit but idk it just gets to me
I'm sorry but I can't respect someone who uses a taxi to get to every mission on their first playthrough of GTA IV. You're missing half the fun which is getting immersed in Liberty City as you drive around and learn the map. Such a shame. Especially considering the driving is so much more challenging and fun than GTA V.
