Is the rec center (workout facilities, pools, tennis courts, etc...excluding golf of course) included in the $140/month HOA and $435 quarterly assessment or is it an add on? I saw somewhere the rec center was an additional $150/month. Any idea what's included in the 'social membership'? Thanks!
Here is the current breakdown: The HOA is billed quarterly and is $435 ($145 a month equivalent). The $150 is the monthly social membership dues. The social membership is access to the amenities (pools, tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse/fitness center, etc.) minus the golf and spa services.

@@ArizonaLivingGroup Okay thanks very much! So after we pay a $5,000 one time social membership fee we have the pleasure of $150/month for it too.
