I live here it sucks. Teenagers always vandalizing my car and house, destroying decorations, and the adults are on the side of the Teenagers saying they're just having fun. Well its not fun for me. HOA is just as bad, letting neighbors know that you personally reported neighbors for HOA violation then they don't make them fix it. But the water cover in front of my house was slightly off and I get fined. Fuck this housing area

This is a great video to flesh out the little things that made me go HMMMM. but dont often ask. As I review your videos and Zillow I am paying more attention to gas and sewer. I prefer city utilities (water / sewer) and electric for the kitchen (induction stove) but prefer gas for heating. As for Mt views. YES, I have been blessed with great views growing up in Colorado and living in Alaska and would really miss mountains. I was plesantly supprized with the views in Pheonix the first time I visited (as an adult). I could live there! It's not the same as Colo or Alaska, but very nice.

Just bought a homecwith a ton of undisclosed mold that the seller painted over smdh didnt have a mold inspection because the home inspector said there was no sign of water damage or mold

Kelly, I enjoy your videos very much and referenced them quite a bit last year when researching a pre-retirement move to the Phoenix area, and I continue to watch them now that I am here simply because I still enjoy and find them valuable. I know you put a lot of work into them. It’s nice that you covered Sun City, as even though it’s not one of the newer more resort-style communities, it definitely offers a certain charm and affordability. I do think it’s important to note that Youngtown is no longer an age-restricted active adult community, which may be why it doesn’t offer access to the broader Sun City recreation center network. Although it once was a 55+ community, I believe Youngtown relinquished that designation in the late 1990s, and the current population is simply a mix of ages. Looking forward to your upcoming videos!

Dairy odor is smell of money I grew up on a farm in California So this would not bother me.

I live in Mystic now, great video! The City of Peoria is adding a park right behind the community center. We have events, concerts, food trucks, stuff like that at the community center; and the pool is heated!

Why no video of the amenities, pool area, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, etc. etc.

After Sterling Grove, Asante was my personal favorite in Surprise. We looked at new houses (RV garage!) by Pulte/Lennar/Richmond in July, looking to relocate from the Midwest. Something I may have missed in the video was the entrance to Asante with the palm trees and water feature makes a very nice first impression.
