I have no idea about how Section 8 works but the fact that she is renting out a room while the government pays her rent seems like it would be illegal. 🤔

It is. But unfortunately they don't follow up after they give it out so they can do what they want. Section 8 people have all kinds of things going on in their homes. They don't check in.

Section 8 fraud is a crime, and renting a room while on the program, makes you ineligible because you clearly broke the rules. A few months ago a woman in Miami, was arrested, and evicted for lying about her finances. She owned two Benz .. plenty of money in the bank. She annoyed her neighbors, therefore calling attention to herself. Is the perfect outcome. Government housing programs should be used as intended, not abused. So many disabled, elderly on low income waiting for an opportunity.

*Has NO job* *Also has an 11 month old* She hesitated saying how old her 11 month old is because she’s admitting she is having multiple kids to get more money from the state. Really sis 😏

When you have 2 kids, are unemployed/“disabled “, and already lost your kids once for a whole year… why on earth bring another innocent child into the situation?! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I live in Australia so I’m not up to date with how things work in your country but there must be some kind of scam going on from the defendant side she’s ripping someone off and the plaintiff has some kind of scam too where is he getting $3K cash from you can stay somewhere by yourself and have walking around money and live in peace and quiet.

Her boyfriend works but she's getting everything paid by the government. She must not be telling them that he's the father and living with her. Also that she's renting part of the house to a tenant FOR MONEY. That's illegal.

I haven’t watched all the parts, but the plaintiff seems like a truthful person, very open and transparent and also very nervous in the beginning, but he calmed down quickly during the interrogation by JJ. The defendant abuses the system by taking money for a room in her Section 8 housing; her expressions look hostile and vindictive towards the plaintiff.
