    My right leg hurts when I bend it upwards and if I bend it to the right when I'm in a sleeping position it also hurts. I wonder why this is? This sore leg started when I did the splits

    My entire knee hurts when passively bending... I guess it's everything but the front of it.

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If it's the whole knee except the front when passively bending, the most likely issue would be something inside the knee joint... i.e. arthritis, meniscus, ACL/PCL, etc. Of course you'd have to get it evaluated in person to tell for sure what it is and the best course of action to treat it.

    • @TheMarkTenification
      @TheMarkTenification หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@More4Life thanks, I'm gonna look at getting in with Ortho. I'm 38. Even in my teens I'd have this issue where my knee would pop and be stuck bent, someone else would literally have to straighten it for me, violent crunch when it straightened too. Doc way back said it was a meniscus issue.
      Edit: this flare up occured after snatch grip deadlifting. Was feeling really good and I hit a new max. My technique involves almost a 1/2 squat vs a full hinge on the movement, similar to how Oly lifters snatch.

    I figured i probably have meniscus problem… no pain actively bending knee, but when i use my hands to band it deeply pain starts to kick in. No pain at all when performing deep squat not even a hinge. I was suspecting meniscus but i’m only running, i don’t play football or any sports involving rapidly changing direction. Going to get MRI done and xing fingers it’s not meniscus. Thank you for your video. You are the Only one who explained it all in one video without any “water”

    I twisted my right knee yesterday and have been experiencing extreme pain at the fold of my knee while straightening and bending my knee.I also feel pain when putting pressure on the foot .So ,I been wondering if it could be a meniscus tear.

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  18 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      It could be a meniscus tear, but there are other things that can cause similar symptoms. In either even, if you're having extreme pain and difficulty weightbearing, it would be worth seeing your doctor about.

    My right knee got an injury from when I was sitting in an office chair and I folded my right leg over my left. I think I had it in this position for too long or perhaps a was bearing too much weight down on it while it was in that position. I feel some tension on the front side upper part of my knee and bending my knee when getting in the car in a twist fashion hurts a bit. Any clues here to perhaps what injury I might've caused? Thanks!

      @More4Life  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I can't entirely picture what you're talking about, but sometimes when sitting with legs crossed like a figure 4 for a long period of time it can torque or twist the knee joint and put the ligaments on tension. If that's the case one of the exercises below may help (they're opposites of one another so it will probably be one OR the other but NOT both). I've timestamped the videos to start at the right time. Sometimes those fix the problem instantly. If they don't, get it checked out by a medical professional.

    Im having a left leg knee pain after i did a powerful front kick during my shadow boxing workout, then i also did a jump squat afterwards. After those exercise, i felt pain on my knee, like on the area above on my knee. Im an active guy and workout 4x per week, but my left knee failed me this month and experiencing pain. I didnt do any jump squats before, it was my first time doing so but looks like a f up my knee bec of it, and my front kicks also caused that pain as well. @@More4Life hi, its in the front part of my knee, like near the thigh and above the knee. No issues on my back. This happened when I overstretched my leg with a strong front kick and i could hear a popping sound sometimes when i walk or bend. Its also my fault for ruining my knee, bec after i did that strong front kick multiple times, i also did some jump squats. My right leg is ok, but my left knee isn't. I feel my left knee now is like heavy and a bit swelling on the inside, and bending it is hard. Additionally, despite i already felt a pain, im still continuing the front kicks and my shadow boxing, so silly of me. I also jogged on the next day despite those signs of pain. When i woke up in the morning, knee is so painful and hard for me to walk properly as i couldn't bend it well😢

    My knee seems to not be bending all the way back. I routinely go into full flexión when I kneel to pray, without issues. I also front squat, lunge, and all the leg exercises with no knee pain or issues… here’s what happened: I haven’t trained calves in a while, but trained them last week. The day after I was physically active, but had no problems with my knee. Then the next day I prayed in the morning, then noticed that my knee felt unstable. It would not bend all the way back when stretching the quad. No real pain, but it feels “stuck” and can’t get into total flexion without feeling like I’m forcing it. Any ideas? Instability and inability to fully flex without pain or swelling. I’ve been deep stretching to try to get things worked out, but nothing… I notice it feels something is off on the inside of the knee joint, but not necessarily the sides or front. (I do not have arthritis and my range of motion is always very good)

    • @More4Life
      @More4Life  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If there was no real injury, it can be an issue with the calves, a joint called the proximal tibiofibular joint, a Baker's cyct, or a meniscus tear that just came on gradually.
