      @@KISHORECHAINANI sir, pl tell how to deal with bully coworkers who go & fill boss ears & unnecessary defame us in front of boss. The boss is " kaan ka kacha" listens to them & mistreats me. The old employee who are in the company since 15 years or more misbehave, I'll treat and bully new employees. They form groups and spread humours about us & put us down. Pl reply sir

    Most bosses are not a good leader. They know only to get the job done and that too through fear based management. Unfortunately if your boss is toxic and fake then they will like the loud mouth only, promote bootlickers only. But when it comes to work that will be allotted to the loyal hardworking employee.

    I am the only female leader in all the males that we have in office and comparative I am young in age as well.
    I am not able to gel with them because I am vegetarian and I am not comfortable going out with them for drinks and food.
    There is one colleague who keeps on giving incorrect feedback showing them that I am people leader and not a management face. Due to such feedback upper management is coming and giving me feedback that I am not gelling up with management . which is actually causing a mental trauma to me. I am very good at my work and all this drama which is getting created is giving me a strong feeling that they want me to proactively ask for a release from the project. So that that other colleague gets the position of mine. And the way things are going I feel like I need to give up but honestly if I give up then it will stay with me forever and also if I stay back and give a fight then it might land up in my bad appraisal.

    Yeh boss management ke chakkar mein short time task delivery mein waat lag jati hai , and why do they expect everyone to do the same buttering, else you don't stand a chance actually that is the reality in India specially. How to deal with unrealistic demands of the manager which gets too frequent becuse he gets used to it , but when it comes to promotion he don't have the budget.

      When this happened to me- I didn’t understand at that time- but the fact is that I needed to learn how to build better relationship with my boss. I realised there is no growth possible if I don’t have a strong relationship with my boss- he will not tell me what skills I need to improve. To be able to be honest n key projects.
