Many people like this Drop cage pendant, but can't keep up with manipulating wire weaving. So today I made another simpler version that everyone can follow.

With this model you can use stones with a diameter of 6mm - 12mm, wire with a diameter of 0.7 - 0.9mm (21 gauge - 19 gauge)
The length and diameter of the wire depends on the stone and the length of the pendant you want to make.
You can use any type of wire or wire size you have. Smaller diameter wires are easier to handle, but they are less durable than larger wires.
A little change (wire size, how to bend wire, how to stone beads combination) you will produce different products
In the video I use :
21 gauge ( wire diameter 0,7mm ) : 3 x 7cm( 3 inch), 2,5cm( 1 inch)
28 gauge ( wire diameter 0.3mm ) : 20cm( 8 inch)
spherical stone with a diameter of 6mm
TIPS :
- Before doing, Always be sure to straighten the wire for a more beautiful product
- Can use a towel to straighten the wire.

- Can be replaced with silver wire or gold wire for jewelry more valuable
Or simply use cheap material like copper wire to make gifts for friends, family or for yourself
- I just give way reference, not the best way. Can change size wire to suit your purpose. You can do better than me.
- I bought all the material and stones in where I live (Vietnam)
I used to round copper wire - magnet wire , it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be normal copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time

That's what I want to make is ratings but I have 100 year old over 100 year oldmarbles too make a few necklaces! And lists of real semiprecious stone beads for ratings and I'd love to make a whole set!

Compré todo el material y las piedras en el lugar donde vivo (Vietnam)
Solía redondear el alambre de cobre - alambre de imán (tipo de alambre que no se usa para hacer joyas, su precio es muy barato). Es el único tipo que encontré donde vivía para muchos tamaños. No sé exactamente de qué tipo era, puede ser un cable de cobre normal, tiene una capa de recubrimiento y no está oscuro por el tiempo
puedes cambiar para adaptarlo al material que tienes

Lovely! How do u harden your wires so they don't deform when worn regularly?
With 2D products, I hammer flattening to increase the hardness. With 3D products, wire knitting together will increase the hardness. you can change to suit the material you have or your purpose
Smaller diameter wires are easier to handle, but they are less durable than larger wires.

Could you do that cage with a regular size marble? Do you know what length of wire you would need to use? Is there a simple rule for length of wire to mm of bead/marble/stone? They are simply beautiful- I love your work!
Normally I calculate the wire according to stone or circumference : the standard wire length x the ratio of stone or circumference. For example, if the stone is twice as big, we use a wire of double length ( compared to the wire needed with small stones) . However it depends on the sample there are different changes.
