Mainly, the 'N' on the update is better placed for observers, making it much better for promoting brand awareness than the heavily stylized 'NB' on the previous version, which was basically impossible to visually register for anyone other than the wearer.

Switched to the furon from the adidas X silo and haven't regretted it. My current v7s are starting to get worn down and needing replacement so perfect timing for these to come out! Can't wait to give them a try!

Interestingly, the 'Pro' TF version of these boots uses the same materials as the 'Pro' FG version, which normally isn't true with TF boots in other brands.

@@campbe00 I went with the Furon AG. Very comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

They have an HG (hard ground) version out of the Asian markets.
@@GoodWillRacing yeah saw that but i am worried that the sizing and fit may be slightly different due to the Asian market and then it will be hard to return them etc
@@npc2k from the research I have done they sell both the regular and wide fit. Can’t imagine it’s that much different.
@@GoodWillRacing Coincedentally Adidas have just released a new ag stud pattern today lol. Less aggressive and shorter studs. I am still not fully convinced as they are not conical. I will see what the reviews say.

They fit a little tighter than the Mercs, but not necessarily enough to go for a different size. If your Mercs are currently super tight, going half a size might not be a bad idea, but true to size for most people should be fine 👍

They come in both regular and wide fit variations

They will make Nike shake out of their seats adidas speed boots are good but a bit heavier
