    The Broncos were so loaded with talent on those super bowl winning teams. Sharpe, obviously, but let's not forget Rod Smith (undrafted) and Ed McCaffery, who I think bounced around a bit in the league before turning into a star in Denver. Even though I was a Bronco hater at the time, the 1998 Broncos team was an utter juggernaut so good that even Bubby Brister was unstoppable.

    How do you not show Brad Johnson’s touchdown celebration? It was simultaneously the best and worst thing ever

    Shannon Sharpe was such a fucking beast.

    I couldn't stand Shannon as a player but he has definitely made a 2nd career as a media personality! Funny as hell, although his biases bug me at times! All the media stuff aside he is definitely the best 7th rounder in the modern era and probably of all time!?!

    5:52 man, speak about getting old, anyone else own that NFL board game with the scanner thing? I never actually got to play it but the game didn’t look too fun. The scanner wouldn’t read so I’m sure that would of made the game dull. All that to say this, memories. 😂

    Here's a good one for you. The highest draft pick from a division to or lower college. Jerry Rice from Mississippi valley State was taken number 13 overall. First round draft pick. I don't know how many first-round picks come out of division 2 and 3 colleges, but it can't be many.

    I feel like it's harder being a 7th rounder than an undrafted player for some reason. I think of undrafted talents off the top of my head easy like Wes Welker, Kurt Warner, Warren Moon etc

    • @TheRealfan1
      @TheRealfan1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's because undrafted players can pick team to be on and sometimes get more money.

    Calling the Heisman winning Roger Staubach a diamond in the rough is a stretch. He would've been taken higher if he didn't serve 4 years in the Navy.
