  • This is a Traditional Tibetan hand-pulled soup noodle called Thenthuk. The majority of Tibetan have it during cold weather because it heats up the body. Tibetan Thenthuk can be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Here in my recipe, I made non-vegetarian thenthuk. If you are vegetarian you can skip the meat and enjoy this recipe as a vegetarian thenthuk. Try this recipe and leave a comment below.
    Recipe Ingredients:
    Flour half kg and 1 cup of water to make dough
    Meat (beef) 1/2 kg
    Raddish (half bowl)
    Spinach (one bunch)
    Onion (1 medium size)
    Tomato (1 medium size)
    Spring Onion (1 cup)
    Ginger and Garlic (2 Tablespoon)
    Garam masala (1 spoon)
    Coriander powder (1 spoon)
    Salt as per your taste
