They added the character Eric Affabee (one of Stine's pen names) having an animation call A Happy Guy, where he is holding 2 happy face balloons looking at the forth wall. One of the balloons added as decorations has a happy face on it. There is also an animation of him taking note with a blue note book like he was in this video. There are 3 crafting items called living cereal which is cheerios with eyeballs on them. A poison milkshake and a Murder bug which is what was on the note book Stine was writing here. If you look up the update on TH-cam you can see these nods being made to this video.
