    Perfect! I love all of the videos I've tried so far! If doing these videos 4 times a week doesn't get the baby weight off, nothing will. Oh, the baby will be 8 years old in a couple of weeks!!

    Love this workout! Particularly like the compound exercises. I know that the step and the cardio work the legs hard, but I appreciate the bonus of the leg work with the arm reps. Could you do a workout with more push ups? You continue to publish the greatest workouts. What I like most is that they're fun, and I actually look forward to doing them. And to you posting new ones!!

      Lisa Favreau thank you so much it's funny you mention push-ups I just did a killer workout with push-ups in my own class on Monday that was not recorded sometimes we do chest on Mondays and were wiped out by the middle of the week I will definitely consider that maybe Saturday would be a good day

    Silly me decided to do two of your hiit workouts this morning, one for chest and tris, and shoulders, and this for back, bis and core. By the middle i was dying, feeling like that member in the back of the room. Kudos to her for finishing. You are definatly killing my ocd with doing one side. Straddle right down the bench and jump rope back...wheres the straddle left! Love you though. Tell me how to get one of those yvette shirts and I'll wear it at my gym to try and brand you from michigan. I'm a fitness trainer too. Where are you located?

    OK, I have to say I'm not a fan of these HIIT routines because each segment is too short. I don't feel any muscle fatigue before we move on to the next segment. Plus, I have to keep rearranging my whole room to alternate between the weights and cardio and abs, stopping and starting the video, moving around my equipment. This may be for some people, but I would soooooo much prefer a solid 30-45-60 minutes of step, then 15-30-45 minutes of weights, then lots of abs at the end, so I'm not constantly having to pull out my mat, put it away, etc, etc. I wound up repeating most of the sets two or three times so I could feel a workout in that particular muscle group, or get my heart rate up (60 seconds of cardio is not enough, 30 seconds of abs is not enough!) Yvette is still one of my favorite instructors, though!
