    I’m a green juicer. Cold pressed juices. I KNOW to drink lots of water 💦 because of kidney stones. I drink green powders if I don’t get a chance to juice. I have not had low iron levels in years. No iron infusion in years. No iron tablets either. Again, you must drink lots of water on these green powders. And learn how to take things that help with bioavailability. The only thing I advise people to do is the research. Education is always first. I have used green powders for a long time. Not many options at that time but ones that worked. • @colinherzog1067
      @colinherzog1067 ปีที่แล้ว

      Stop trying to eat loads of fiber daily. The fda daily recommended dose of not only fiber but every other micro/macronutrient is complete and utter horse sht. The only fiber you “need” is the little bit that comes from fruit. I know this because I had the same problem and loads of fiber made it worse. Also don’t cook your meat well done. Cook it rare/medium and it will digest a lot smoother. Not only that but it’s more bioavailable and retains the healthy animal fat

The rest of the plant gets protection because it gives people what they want, but that doesnt neccessarily means that fruits are safe, I dont know, but figuring out how it all works is fun

    • @wcdriveby

      - Can lead to further sugar/carb cravings

      Some people do extremely well on one diet (or way of eating) and not another. I know folks who eat mainly meat and thrive and o know some who look (and smell) like death. Same for vegans. Some are thriving and thin, others are ashen and overweight.
      I believe we have to choose diets and foods that work for us and just use these ‘gurus’ for ideas, and not follow their every word.

I don't eat so great so I assume it's the ag1. I tried it before and felt no difference the first time but then this time (2nd time) I made sure to be consistent with it before writing it off and so far it's been good. Don't expect something drastic as this is possible but most likely the results will be gradual if your consistent with it. Atleast for me is has been so far.

While he’s obviously very intelligent he clearly has an agenda to push and is the biggest pusher of the carnivore diet. I would not recommend getting only information from him. Watch various videos from people who know what they are talking about and especially those he link studies but actually understand how to interpret the data from studies. It’s very easy for anyone to pull one study with a small amount of test subjects and make some major conclusions. Learn basic statistics and learn to read these studies as well.

      Cut into slivers and taken, like pills, with sparking mineral water or milk. You can consume good amounts with no taste whatsoever.
      If you’re comfortable taking pills, this would be no different. I do this with raw liver and kidney. Raw heart and suet are easier to chew and swallow.
