That can be tough. I know how tight a body can get even after just 1 day. I painted my bathroom recently and the looking up and reaching up was so hard on my neck and back. It took 2 days to undo 1 day of work. I can only imagine years of it. 🙏
Work where you are at first! If it's a stretch to sit up straight without a rounded back then start there. You might play with extending one leg in this pose then the other. Where you'll really see the difference is spend 2 mins in this pose on each side and really let your body be loose. The more time you spend calm here, the more it'll open up. 🙌
