I've heard of undercover operations taking quite a bit of time to bust the main targets, but that's ridiculous. That witch definitely knew how to play the long game if she was able to maintain her cover for a millennium without arousing suspicion and make the arrests.
I personally think that they should've had Cody, Cassie & Natalie in this Movie, also I thought Kimberly J. Brown should've reprised her Role instead of being replaced !!!

This movie compared to the first three Halloweentown I 2 3 were better this one Halloweentown 4 was horrible yeah you had Sara Paxton Kimberly j brown was better and the mother was the same Dylan Marnies brother but he was annoying anyway and Emily roeske Sophie was not in it either and Debbie Reynolds but the movie was still horrible
