Adding weights to your reformer game really brings the 🔥🔥 This class is athletic, dynamic, seriously challenging and as always - a lot of FUN! Feel free to use as heavy of weights as you'd like (mine are 5lbs). This is one of my favorites that I've filmed to date, so I hope you love it as much as I do.

@@RealGoodPilates thanks. Regardless of weight, it’s too much for my taste on one small joint articulation. I’ve been in the fitness field for decades and although some may be fine with balancing their workout another day this doesn’t work for me. Take it for what it is. Unsolicited opinion. 😊
