The wood on the Left next to the old wound is harder to cut because of CODIT. You were at a disadvantage to start. Might wanna brush up on your cutting technique as well. It should be done again with a straight log and two comparable cut men.

The thing I’ve noticed is often times the perception of “more torque” is just “lack of horsepower.” You can look at dyno numbers. The 592 makes more power and torque at every rpm.
Thanks for trying but the guy on the left fumbled around for like 5 seconds before getting into the wood. Then started his cut late on the second time as well. He could have finished the first cut with just the tip but wasted time putting the whole bar into the cut. Not a comparison of anything. The log is different diameters on either side as well.
I feel sorry for these two chainsaws, which are being maneuvered, with no forestry training, who only know how to accelerate the machines to the bottom don't even let the machines warm up before accelerating what stupidity a piece of advice, more head formation and calmer

Fun video, but not much of a comparison. Started saws at different times and different size wood. Why not just do timed cuts off the same side?

I use a modified 066 (I run C-12 race gas in it). That Husky looks slick, but it’s hard to beat the torque that Stihls are known for.
