Really interesting to see the slow mo and X-rays so you could see how the shoe and farriership can make such a difference. Thank you 😂 thought you meant snacks for the horse! My farrier gets snacks and the horse is well behaved doesn’t even need tieing up.

Really like that you didn’t clince(?)the nails as hard as most I seen. Most of all: the walk before and after ,X-rays and the overall care and precision.

Solid job Lee! Beautiful shop. Pleasant and right at home to work in I bet. So many horses it seems have the same type of angular deviation this type modification has become pretty darn common place. I really liked the use of the slider nail to the lateral side. I try to keep them handy in my box for just this purpose.

Pinched heels. They have signs of rolling under. Due to being shod tight so the hinds don't catch the edge of the front shoe on tight turns around the barrel.. A common error. The indent lines on the wall are signs of constriction. Blood flow has been reduced over time causing the hoof capsule to be fragile. See the pink line under the coronary band @ 42:27 that's a pressure point. Like a bruising. Your on track when talking expansion. If this horse is in a dry climate a hoof dressing is beneficial. Nice Job.
