There was a few liberians at a place I worked a few years back. They gave me some kind of spicy meaty Cassava leaf dish it was amazing. Amazing enough for me to go on youtube years later to remember the dish name! Thanks for the help!
As a Nigerian i have a feeling the food is going to be so nice just looking at it, i could even put snails, cow skin and periwinkles into the soup for a more unforgettable experience

You are mistaken Liberians with Nigerians. They eat swallow or fufu to almost every sauce. Liberian ate mostly rice to those sauces you are talking about. The name Swallow comes from Nigeria,

Instead, we eat it with rice (10x better and SOOO good) whenever my mom makes some, me and my slibling be rushing to get some fresh from the pot 😂
That is not true. We dont only like or eat palm oil and peppers. Also we dont only eat fufu that is swallowed, our main dish is rice. Also we eat a lot of food like cabbage, collard greens, jollof rice etc. Please get your facts straight and don' t base one visit or one or two meals as our entire diet meals
