dont eat honey with metal spoon, use plastic or wooden
Hey nick started running today. 2 miles. Not much but still a beginning. Keep inspiring.
I started today too. Mile and a half, let’s both keep it up
As Coach Bennett puts it, if you run, you're a runner. Distance, pace, time, etc doesn't matter. Keep it up!
@@calebadams6544 ueah dude it’ll be awesome
Hey me too! 2 miles felt a lot longer than what it was, but excited to see where it goes!
Started a month ago, just wait till you see the improvements in a few weeks. Distance and pace have improved drastically for me running 3x a week for 4 weeks
Easy reps with 115 lb dumbbells shortly after completing a very easy 10 mile run at 7.45 pace. What a beast!
Yeah that one hurt my feelings a little bit 😂
Eat clen, tren hard anavar give up baby
@@adamwohlin8339underrated comment
@adamwohlin8339 I mean maybe. I've been in the gym for 2 years and I've gone from 45lb dumbell press to 90lb dumbell press... me and him have similar builds but I have 15lbs of fat that he doesn't have. Another few years this seem pretty achievable. I'm 100% natural at 34 years old. I do take creatine.... but you don't think he could do that naturally? Do we know he is not natural or is that a guess? Truly curious.
@healthality5001 yeah that makes sense.
Can you show us your full warm up routine before your morning runs?
Yes!
This part!

Dynamic stretches
His warm up routine is preparing for a needle
Nick bare is the only influencer I automatically click the alert on
Seriously tho! 😅

Include the mobility session in the next vlog!
This man’s running pace where he can still have a conversation is almost my max effort pace 😂
I swear.
Would love to see what your mobility routine is pre and post run.
Keep up the inspiration!
Barbells are his mobility work
Nick !
I am in the army and I used to HATE running to the point that I would sham out of PT just to not run, been following you for quite some time and now I look forward to those running days. Hell of an inspiration man! cant wait to keep on seeing videos for marathon prep!
Loving this hybrid series man! KEEP IT UP. Hell of an inspiration
It’ll never fail to amaze me how inspirational this man is. Watching these videos never fails to put me in a good mood and to instill a positive, healthy mindset towards training and nutrition. A role model to all young people.👏
I always watch his videos before I go for a run. This man legit makes me think I could go out & run 10 miles easy peasy (even though my max distance so far has been a 5k with 2 minutes of walking in the middle)
@@readwitht3833 You'll get there, it comes fast. I started running as a new years resolution this year. Could barely finish a mile before i needed to stop. Now I'm hitting 7-8 miles every other day at 8 minute splits.
Loving the series! Much appreciation for all of the content that you put out... very inspirational, educational, and entertaining as well...💯
Salude to you sir when most men your age have completely taken their foot off the gas to see you still beasting is inspiring! Keep pushing brother!
33 years old with foot off the gas? Is that common? Usually that’s the male peak prime of athleticism
The hybrid series is big time for us on the hybrid training path. Keep it up, brother
The quality of the production is amazing, great video
Hey Nick! Really loving your content you’ve been putting out on being the hybrid athlete. Could you consider doing a video on sharing your top recommendations for building a mobility and stretching drills as a hybrid athlete?
Just finished week 1 of your BPN hybrid training program! I think it’s really cool that something so useful is completely free, you’re a beast
That is awesome, where dig to get it from?
It’ll never fail to amaze me how inspirational this man is. Watching these videos never fails to put me in a good mood and to instill a positive, healthy mindset towards training and nutrition. A role model to all young people.
Drop a warmup/cool down, mobility, recovery type vid specifically for running that keeps you fresh!🙏🏽
Thanks to this guy im enjoying running and eating clean, love you from Germany
Killin the game my friend, I will be doing my first 50 k and 50 miler next year, thanks to my dad for training and helping me and mom for all the good food she makes and also people like you to help me influence myself to be a great runner, Mabe one day I’ll be like you and help others be the best they can be 😊💪🏽🙏🏼🔥🍄❤️🤘🏽
This is my first time, coming by your channel. It’s extremely helpful and interesting. You got my Sub, blessings. Keep it up man
I'm not sure if he has any videos, but one thing I'd like to see is his actual stretching routine before the runs.
He does a lot of dynamic/active stretching
He has a pre-run routine video.
@@raven-19x I'll have to find it.
The video is way back during his first ironman prep or his first sub 3 prep I believe.
Peach cobbler is just out of this world! Nick, thank you for sharing!
What is your pre-run mobility/stretch routine? Also, what about prior to lifting? Could be a great video for the series.
So excited for CIM! I should be out there cheering you on.
One of my exercise science students recommended using chicken stock or bone broth to rice for added nutrition and flavor, and it has been a game changer. Highly recommend!
So boil the rice in the broth instead of water?
Oh yeah? Has your entire game been changed by broth? Lol ridiculous.
You’re built to inspire bro. Don’t ever stop
Hey nick, Great video. I think another way to make this video is too have a sit down video, talk more about macros and calories and how it plays a role in running combined with lifting. Just my thoughts.
This is just what I needed thank you!!!
loving how clean the gym is
Love the vids, and the recipes, Nick. Also your kindness and humility you seem to epitomize on here. Enjoy that Texas heat, my man(I was born in Temple, lived in G-town outside Austin until I was 11 and visit my Mom who still lives in the area north of there - still a TX boy, at heart.). Take care.
Dude just had a convo while running…RESPECT!
Love and support from Denmark, Nick!
Great video nick i missed this kind of serie of what do you eat. All the best from spain
These videos are so disgustingly motivating, i love it!
Like $500 in supplements every three weeks 😂
Please get this man to 1mil subs by Christmas. I hope you get there NICK !! GL
I'm going to try that peach recipe tonight! Looks really good!!!
GO ONE MORE
I dig it. Great share man. 💙
Thanks for your amazing work 🙌
Another great video Nick definitely gonna try that peach cobbler.
We need a Nick Bare cook book app. I have way to many screenshots to reference. Made the chicken last night and it was so good!! Peach cobbler tonight!
Really genius meals ideas in your videos thank you
"I like to loosely track my macros" .....later on *measuring out grams of honey*
Peach cobbler looks legit! Gonna def try that out for my last meal of the day!
This is the nick bare that inspired me to run. Unfortunately injuries stop me from achieving my goal of half marathon.
Keep it up Nick!
Damn dude that was a good video!💪🏽💪🏽
It's been amazing watching you since shortly after Korea to now
Love it! Can you show your mobility routine before running sometime?
Just tried the BPN Vegan chocolate powder with a little water in a bowl. Great snack for cravings! Thanks man.
Nick Bare, cada dia mais "Aestheric" 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
If I had the money I would be eating this way everyday!! Love the content Mr. Bare!
the moment of joy when you ate the honey! :) nice VLOG!
Hey Nick, you mentioned on your pod and on a vlog that post bodybuilding prep you had some gut issues! Wondering if those have resolved and anything you did to get yourself back on track? As always love the vlog's and inspiration mate!
I have not ran since i got out of the Army which was 1997! I turn 51 this Thursday. Had a stroke 5 years ago. Kidney disease. SEIZURES. Gout. High bloodpressure. Anxiety. I am 260 and i want to be 225 rest on this planet. I lift like crazy but i want to train like a Hybrid athlete. I will have to start biking. Stroke messed up my vision and balabce so i am scared to start running on the road. I can walk and run on treadmill but have to grab the side many times. Nick, if you read this message letting you know you are a inspiration to me because my stroke messed me up and many times i just wanted to give up which was difficult with me because i am 11B Airborne and we dont quit. I am learning from you.
That food looks delicious. Will definitely have to try the dinner and dessert combo.
Glad to know there are multiple bpn endurance hats in rotation because mine has seen better days
Would be cool to see your mobility routine pre run. I feel like warming up for running for me is always a lot of guesswork
Appreciate the content! I am also a father of 3 beautiful daughters as well as a small business owner and to see what you do in a day definitely keeps me almost wanting to run and lift!!! I’m trying to find the time and know that I will get there one day! Go One More!!!
Dad of 2 girls and business owner. I feel ya. Getting back into it was difficult, but 13 weeks back to training. Nothing like I once was, but feels so good to be active again!
One kid is easy. Two and three is a different ballgame. Great job staying active.
Thank you for sharing. Gonna try that peach cottage cheese recipe soon!
Nick, not sure if you will respond, or maybe your video person. What camera do you use?? The footage looks amazing.
Also, good look prepping for the Marathons, keep up the content!!
Great video, if possible can you go over a good pre-run warm-up and mobility video? I just do jump jacks, Frankenstein's, and start running. I'm trying to avoid injuries.
I would also like to see this!
Try the myrtle routine
I’m interested as well. I’m a new runner and my legs always feel heavy and tired quickly
Thanks Nick for the. Great imformation
I loved your recipes and the family dog too : )
Would love to see your mobility exercises + warmup
Good luck Nick 🤝
Enjoyed the vlog
Did my first 5k today took me 30 minutes , I know I’m just a nub but I’m looking forward to how far I go within the next year 😎
Love crispy rice!! Quick hack: if you just want the crispy part then put cooked rice into a waffle maker
yooooo that chicken dish looks wild. Definitely going to try that out
Another great one, do you have that pre run mobility on video?
Hi Nick in regards to your workouts what is your typical rep and set ranges you aim for in the gym?
Hey Nick. Thank you for the video. Very inspiring. Any reason why you don’t have any leafy veges in there?
i remember i use to watch your videos in college when you were a cpt in the Army
Just awesome!! :D
Hey nick, wondering how you go about training legs with doing the hybrid athlete, this is where I struggle because if I actually train legs hard I’m too sore and miss days of running, just wondering how you go about it?
check out the Persian crispy rice recipe. It's called tahdig and it tastes amazing.
you forgot the most important meal of the day your TRT injection
Need you to drop that mobility routine in one of these vlogs
Thank you Nick for all good advice👍
Hey Nick which kind of Saconys are you running with in the video? Enjoying the videos God Bless 🙏🏽
Perfect.
Good stuff
Love your food content and I want to get into fitness you inspire me because of your meal plan. I live in Nevada do you have a shop or mobile truck coming soon in my area.
How much water or other drinks do you have a day like this? I’ve been using my Garmin and 12 cups of water as a baseline value and letting it adjust the goal amount based on exercise. What do you think?
Bro, same thing for me regarding the beets. They are my new pre-workout supplement.
Why do I feel like the honey on the egg/ oatmeal combo would be so good!
Nick… can you do more videos like this where you show other dishes and recepies?
The good culture cottage cheese is just so much better than any other brand I’ve had.
Hey Nick,
thank you for the cool videos an inspiration.
Is it possible, that you also tell us the average heartrate of your runs and not only the milage and the pace?
That would be awesome to check my own resultst an get a better view of your training.
Thank you and greetings form Karlsruhe Germany 🙂
Every meal you have look delicious🤌
Gonna need that exact peach cobbler recipe
Eat foods with one ingredient and you’ll be good. What’s in an apple? It’s an apple… veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, animal proteins and grains. Super simple. I add dairy products when I need to gain weight, it’s hard for me to put on muscle so whole milk and yogurt in cycles does the trick for me.
Always in the mood for paste
Never knew you grew up in PA, what part ? Great content as always!
Nick mobility & stretching video would be highly appreciated
Hey Nick - you always talk about cal goals and daily levels, however, what do you target from a daily caloric burn rate?
Nick - You mentioned that you are running a backyard ultra in Maine coming up. I have been looking for a backyard ultra as I find the format extremely intriguing. Which race are you in?
Wish you all the best ! Just don’t forget about necessary amount of Omega3 and egg yolk , while you are on low fat diet .
