I highly recommend grabbing his Shu Yun super budget deck. The one-punch man has brought so many enjoyable and hilarious moments to my play group and I'm sure you'll get a kick out of it, too!
Archfiend of Ifnir might actually be better than you think. You don't need to put any -1/-1 counters on your opponents' creatures beforehand. You can use Yawgmoth's proliferate, targeting each of your opponents' creatures, even the ones without any counters. Archfiend then triggers, which goes on the stack on top of Yawgmoth's proliferate. Archfiend trigger resolves, putting a -1/-1 counter on each of your opponents' creatures, then proliferate resolves giving them each an additional -1/-1 counter.
I have a Yawgmoth deck, and while it isn't as budget, so many of the MVP cards in the deck are in this list. I loved to see you do this deck! Keep up the great work!

Thank you for this video. I thought I was going to run Yawgmoth in my Jund infect deck but it just didn’t fit. After watching this video I crafted a super fun deck on a budget. This deck is fun to pilot even losing because there is so much that it does. Up was worried when I cracked Urza that it wasn’t fate to build a commander deck to match my meta, but Yawgmoth allows me to do all sorts of things without breaking the game in a single turn every game. Thank you.
I saw a similar deck teck from DJ at Jumbo Commander but the price range was huge. Very keen to build this now that I know it can be done a cheaper way!
Super sick deck tech. I love it. I’ve had a Yawgmoth deck in the works for a while. One thing I was surprised that you didn’t mention was the combo between tainted strike and Vindictive Vampire. Unlike a lot of blood-artist-type effects, vindictive vampire deals damage instead of just causing loss of life, which means if you give it infect, you just need to trigger it 10 times to win or just trigger it once to get poison on everybody.
I bought the deck with the reasonable upgrades and very few cheap upgrades of my own - and I have to say it’s a powerhouse. Yawgmoth is basically broken and there is no need for a 300$ Deck to take advantage of that. He’s not only strong but also so much fun to play.
I have tried out his Tesya deck, it's great to play, Not won with it yet, but still a lot of fun regardless. This Yawgmoth deck is the next on my list of decks to build.

I understand that you use the low prices from buying highly played or damaged cards, but when I go on tcg player and check those options in advanced in the optimizer I still can't bring the cost down anywhere near 25. I'm not matching anything and am wondering what I'm doing wrong :/
Treacherous Pit Dweller is another budget undying card. Gotta sacrifice it in response to the "opponent gains control" trigger, but it still goes near-infinite with a second undying creature.
For a big old break the bank, throw in planes walkers such as liliana. If you can, get your hands on a heretical healer, death wielder, and deaths majesty.
This may be bad for your deck but the -1/-1 counter and +1/+1 counter would both be on the card. They wouldn’t fall off the creature as the counters pump effects would just cancel.
Looks like a fun deck! He's a part of my 99 from a hapatra deck I just put together because I pulled him from a pack in draft. I really need necroskitter for that deck too but apparently supply was a little short when I was looking. Hope to see it back soon 👍
Lets hope wizards doesn't make too many more cards that work with Nest of Scarabs... Card is totally busted in Hapatra, and I would imagine Yawgmoth would be worse.

Yawgmoth, Thran Physician might motivate me to finally build the Jund -1/-1 counter deck I've been kicking around. Thantis, the Warweaver would be the commander, but in truth it would be built around Hapatra and the Scorpion God. Would love to see you brew up a version and make a video on it.
Does that undying thing work? So what I am getting from that is if something has a plus 1 counter, than it gets a minus one, it doesn't have both but the two counters remove themselves?

The butcher ghoul and evernight share thing won't work. While the two counters cancel each other's effects out, that doesn't mean that they aren't there.

First, Syr Konrad is a excellent aristocrat enabler, but it also works whenever a creature card is discarded, which is even better in Yawgmoth. Ayara, First of Lochtwain works excellent with Yawgmoth too, where we will gain life and drains our opponents for life whenever a creature enters the battlefield. With Ayara, Nest of Scarabs and Yawgmoth, you will kill everyone’s creatures, draw tons of cards and not lose any life. Your opponents, on the other hand...

Yawgmoth is a very strong commander and I personally think that he is more fun to play then Urza because of his nonlinear play style

Cabal stronghold should be a reasonable upgrade, in my opinion, as it always is with monoblack decks.
