Loved this chat. Bonnie seems sound. Think fans all expected more sass from Ginny but actually as the last sibling of weasleys she would be super casual of older sibling hi-jinx & also chill because she’s got cosy magical family life and I think she capture that. She basically got the best Film school experience possible :)
Loved this interview and it’s nice to see how Bonnie has grown into a very capable and talented young lady and her time spent on Harry Potter has definitely helped her hone her skills. Thanks for another brilliant episode 🤗💖
Jk has trippled down on her dislike of the trans community. And also made herself a victim when she's the one with the hateful agenda. Screw her! I love you're show Michael, but for you to control the narrative the way you did by stating "politics aside" is pretty weak! I have nothing against the books or people who enjoy that universe. But as for JK: I don't support her at all. And I'm not giving her a pass!!!
In all Harry Potter movies, only one actor was fired. He played Vincent Crabbe (the actor's name was Jamie Waylett) one of Draco Malfoy's cronies. He was in 3 movies. He was fired because the police had found in his car marihuana, in his mother's home police had found a little farm of marijuana. He was arrested for having and using narcotics. He was 20 years old. Bad PR for the movies. So the studio let him go.
Yes, this is a really good one. I learned so much about Bonnie. She is so great to listen to. I liked learning about her HP experience and what she's doing now. She is lovely. Great questions and conversation, Michael.
Hey, Rosey! At around 4:20 you talk about your dad getting mad that you had milk with your meatloaf. Was your dad Jewish and at all religious? There's a Jewish law against having dairy products whilst eating meat. Wonder if that's why?! It's wild to see Bonnie all grown up. She seems happy and well adjusted. I don't know what the set on HP was like, but it seems like all of those kids turned out okay - unlike a lot of Hollywood kids.
This was a great episode! Bonnie was a really interesting guest to listen to and I’m sure we’ll see more of her in the future! 😊❤ One guest I’d love to see in a future episode is Chris Stuckmann, perhaps when his directorial debut Shelby Oaks opens. Knowing how much both Stuckmann and Rosenbaum loves horror it would be an awesome listen. They’d get a long great and end up friends!
“Nudging” in public policy involves using behavioral, economic, and psychological insights to influence the behavior of policy targets in order to help achieve policy goals. This approach to public policy was advocated by Thaler and Sunstein in their book Nudge in 2008.
Great interview!! Love Bonnie and I truly enjoyed this episode. Please make shorts of the highlights of your interviews, I will binge watch them and I bet others would too😅😅😅
If anyone is here because of the Pajiba article, remember that Steve Kloves's edict in adapting the Harry Potter books was that if it didn't directly effect HP, it was to be dropped in order to pare down the story to a manageable length.
Another stupendous episode!!! I haven't used that word in a while.. lol It was great to see how Mrs. Wright is very much like Ginny Weasley... Congratulations on your upcoming live show and I have no doubt that it'll be another awesome episode!!! 🥳🥳🥳
Great pod and delightful guest who reminded me this wonderful Harry Potter saga, shared with my son ! 💞💞 Loved this fascinating exchange and which makes me want to read her book !❤❤ 🙌🙌 Michael 💙🙌🙌 Ryan 💖
Bonnie and myself are the same age eight days apart and she looks older physically and wiser on whatever path after Wizarding World saga. And I haven't seen anything related to Michael Rosembaum in 15 years until now. Good job!
Michael Rosenbaum had his own TV show called Impastor. it is a hilarious show which got canceled too early, but you can find & watch the two seasons the show had. It is funny & fun. He had also done voice over, and has had a small role in a couple of Guardians of the Galaxy movies. He also has both this podcast, as well as Talk Ville (a Smallville rewatch podcast, with Tom Welling), both podcasts are great, he attends cons, also he & Tom have Smalville Nights for fans who attend :)
I really love your podcast it's one of like 3 I actually enjoy listening to and the smallville one also but this one is great because you talk about mental health and other important things
it's interesting to see what Bonnie's been up to in since wrapping Harry Potter. Her production company is called BonBonLumière, her shorts/music videos are posted online, looking forward to checking these out.
Now you need to have Rupert on here! Maybe even Daniel. I’d love to hear how they dealt with things growing up so famous. Bonnie is a delight tho, she’s like Ginny in real life
Ginny Weasley Potter. The girl who got the boy who lived. I love when Harry went foolishly running off after Beatrix to avenge Sirius and, without a moments hesitation, Ginny takes off after her "man". Ride or die. Even if they're riding broomsticks.
Up bringing British/English is known as a stereotype of proper manners. I was raised by Mom, but also Grandma and Grandpa. My Grandma was an anglophile, and we are descendants from the United Kingdom so tea was very big growing up lol. Elbows on the table no, and chewing with your mouthful no. Lol talking with your mouthful she use to say that too we knew what she meant.
How about David Tennant for a future episode. He is returning to play a new incarnation of the Doctor in Doctor Who. He is now the only actor 2 play 2 incarnations of the Doctor. Also he was in the 4th Harry Potter film as Barty Crouch jr.
She was a cute kid and has turned into a wonderful beauty. What a great 'get'! Yo, Rosie-- use a pin light as a hair light-- Bonnie perfectly demonstrates something I'd noted on other shows. Her head blends into the mic stand and the poster behind her. You might set one up for yourself, brother.
It really feels like there was a really concerted effort on the part of the HP productions to not f$%& up these kids lives. Maybe it was the protective influence of all those great older actors playing their teachers. Maybe it was the suits realizing that they potentially had to keep the group from burning out before the series was done. Or maybe it was just that shooting in England kept them away from the usual trappings of "stardom" that can mess kids up. Probably some of all of that? Whatever the case, it seems like they've all, with I think one-ish exception (was it Crabbe or Goyle who had to be written out of DH2?), managed to become reasonably well adjusted adults.
Seeing Lex Luthor talk to all these characters is just nuts. I love this podcast
Omg both my obsessions at one time 😂 this is wild
😂😂😂 Good one 😂😂😂
Nothing makes you feel old like seeing little Ginny Weasley all grown up.
Right! and I was like "married?!" too 😂
@@ashleyryan1And expecting 🍼
Bonnie has always come across as such a honest sweetheart in every interview I've seen.

One of my favorite things about these interviews is the absolute authentic conversations.
Harry Potter and Smallville are two of my most favourite things. Great podcast with Bonnie Wright Michael. 👍🏻
Loved this interview and it’s nice to see how Bonnie has grown into a very capable and talented young lady and her time spent on Harry Potter has definitely helped her hone her skills. Thanks for another brilliant episode 🤗💖
Bonnie definitely opened up and is such a positive person. Best podcast ever!!
This was a wonderful interview! Bonnie is so adorable and the way she paints the Harry Potter cast as humble and funny people is really refreshing.
The way that most of them have treated JK is despicable. Not humble or funny...despicable.
Jk has trippled down on her dislike of the trans community. And also made herself a victim when she's the one with the hateful agenda. Screw her!
I love you're show Michael, but for you to control the narrative the way you did by stating "politics aside" is pretty weak!

She seems so adorable.
Thanks as always Rosey, Ryan, and everyone!! Looking forward to this one! Grew up with Bonnie and Harry Potter!! 🤘🏼😍😎
I literally watched Deathly Hallows 1 & 2 last week and wondered about Bonnie - Thanks for another great interview!
Thank you! Ginny Weasley is my 13 year old daughter Harley's favorite character in the Harry Potter series. ❤
I loved the story about Michael meeting Gary Oldman. Oldman is one of my favourite actors, too ❤
Awesome to see you always getting amazing guests Michael! 🎉
Wow I love this interview. Possibly the only one I’ve watched in its entirety. I couldn’t leave it!

Just weed? Those aren't narcotics. If it's just weed, that's just sad and ridiculous. If it's actual narcotics, I get it.
@BreadCatMarcus yeah but UK are a bunch of pansies about it. They're super strict
@@Morimoto94so cool bro...
@@Morimoto94 Not as strict as the US was at that time. I remember the days when selling weed to your friends was a felony conviction.
It was a different time. Look at Ricky Williams
Aw awesome! Bonnie seems really sweet and honest!!
Absolutely, she had changed quite a lot from 2001-2011
This. Podcast keeps getting better and better. Love how organic the conversations are
Smallville and Harry Potter were two of my favorite things growing up so this was like going back in time
Yes, this is a really good one. I learned so much about Bonnie. She is so great to listen to. I liked learning about her HP experience and what she's doing now. She is lovely. Great questions and conversation, Michael.
Rosey seemed to enjoy this interview, he was relaxed and smiling, real joy. ❤
“Go Gently “ in the building. I adore this woman ❤❤❤❤
Just ended the video feeling more giddy for the day. Bonnie is just awesome

Now I feel really old, saw her growing up with Harry Potter movies (same about Emma Watson) and time have flown away so fast!
One roll and shes a legend now! Thx for the memories growing up
Highly enjoyable episode!! I am learning so much about her.
Thank you for introducing Fantastic Friends! I never knew about it and can't wait to check it out ❤😊
She is so inspiring! She has helped change the way I live my life to show my love for humanity and the earth.
I'm starting to binge this podcast and I'm loooving it!
wow what an awesome guest mike! love bonnies webseries
I like that she goes minimalist with the makeup here.
Ginny Weasly chatting with Danny from Poolhall Junkies. The most unexpected encounter probably ever, but I’m all for it.

I loved the questions!!!! You guys are amazing... and what wonderful news to have insideofyou live, congrats Michael... I'm so happy for you all!!!❤
They all did a wonderful job as the characters 🤟🏻Still one of my favorite series all these years later. Great stuff Sir Rosenbaum😁
Another Home Run, Michael. Love this and Talkville.

Instant like.
A guest that I never could've predicted ever coming on the show, but I'm thrilled to see!
Oh man, the top tier shoutouts were hilarious, I had a good hearty laugh!

You've really been smashing it recently with the guests! Also never a dull moment in your podcasts
Wow it's great to see bonnie on the show I absolutely loved her as Ginny in the harry potter films
This was a blast to watch! I'm NOT a fan of Harry Potter. This girl was so darn fun though! :) Really enjoyed her personality.
HOLY CRAP!! hahahaha, listening to you both read out the Patron's names at the end was awesome! :D xD

I never could get into Harry Potter but just like other guests on the show who I don't know this was still a great episode
Looking forward to this one!

Awesome show, love smallville, glad your doing this, like listening to your show, Clark and Lana was my favorite tho, as lex your in the top 10

Well done to you both. Thanks
you know there's something special about the Weasleys when Lex Luthor takes an interest
Never thought I'd see this person on your pod lol
For those who haven't watched Smallville, believe me: this guy is the best Lex Luthor in Superman's history by far!
The Borrowers is fantastic. A few Potter alum in that
my babyyyyyyyyyy
It worked out well because "Ginny" IS a deer in the headlights as a character if you think about it. :) Bonnie is LEGEND
Fun and interesting interview.

Hope you guys don’t run out of pre recorded podcasts before the strike ends
The strike doesn't stop actors from being interviewed on a setting like this, Michael will NEVER run out lol
They just can't promote things or talk about past work I think.
Thanks, Rosey! Thanks, Ryan! Thanks, Bonnie! 🪄 #InsideOfYouWithMichaelRosenbaum #MichaelRosenbaum #BonnieWright
Thanx
The movies really cut down her character from the books. In the end I always wanted Harry to get with and Hermione and Ginny with Neville.
My childhood: Harry Potter and Smallville ❤
She was actually good at playing Ginny when she did the voice in the video games. The movies just made no effort with her at all.
