How did the exhaust tips get scuffed? Was it from putting it on the flatbed or did spin and hit the wall in the back also? 🤔 ...that turbo kit is nice...thought about doing one on my scatpack before I realized how much it would cost to forge the engine internals
Wow man that’s some top notch work! Probably one of the best hidden turbo sleeper jobs I’ve scene. Those charge pipes were a little damaged because of the placement in the crash because of the pipes to begin with being below the suspension so not to sure I would have placed them there again especially because boost is reliant on those pipes to not leak. I Like how they coated it for additional protection though not saying it won’t work or isn’t good just speculating on future problems in the design. Let’s say you drag race and the nose goes up wheels in the air then the suspension crashes down while in the sky is fine so long as the suspension holds but after that the suspension wears or even fails from the abuse and it will, then your charge pipes will get crushed but if you got it set right and tuned you won’t have any problems. Not saying it will happen but it’s possible on a prepped surface after building boost. Also turbos are next to the trans under the car and anything next to them in your case the trans will get hotter than normal and your turbos are subject to rock damage and debris so maybe a upgraded trans cooler. Of course they have many heat blankets and shields for this though. All and all very nice build please don’t take this as a dislike only an attempt in finding future failures. I put a twin turbo on my 2011 mustang , throw all that sleeper crap out the window lol, its going to run too hot, your iats are going to be screaming unless you're running 3 lbs of boost, I'm running 15lbs, I needed a new 6" intercooler , took all of the plastic off , cut the front bumper and grille open (stock looking but open), had to make new brackets to hold bumper cover on, got rid of inner fender linings and the hood insulation, opened the hood under the hood scoop, wrapped all the downpipes , got rid of cats, iats were 175° until I did this work now they're about 110° on an 80° day, if your iats are over 140° your losing horsepower BIG TIME, the bottom line is you have to keep it COOL not HIDDEN , besides I spent 30,000$ I want everyone to know it's twin turbos ,yeah and not to mention a fully forged coyote with lowered compression, HEAT KILLS engines and horsepower! 😉

Beautiful work! I'm anxious to see it run! I know it will really put down some power! One note however; I know the turbos and support piping and oil lines are ran low; be extra careful when driving over railroad crossings, especially those that are slightly higher than road grade. A guy I know had a similar setup and dented some turbo piping at a RRX. Enjoy that ride!
I thought about it but everything I have heard about changing cams in this car if you want to keep it streetable has been negative.. you will often lose any power down low and it also messes up the variable valve timing which works so well on the coyote.. I will probably not do anything from a cam perspective. I will probably build the engine and trans at some point.. these turbos will easily make 1400+hp.. more than enough for me
Just a video idea once the car is done and dialled in you should do highway pulls with Matt or let him test out the car and film his reaction think it would be a great video!
He's been doing the performance installation thing for a long time. I'm not sure what formal training he has but he definitely knows his way around these big installs. Luis did a great job as well.. he's worked on several of my cars.

Agreed, definitely need some potective sheild for those turbos, from road debris potential. A custom skid plate
Thanks hoss, when I did all the extra sleeper touches I wanted to take it a step above what hellion designed. A sleeper kit should look stock. :)

Yes agreed.. we did some rerouting to make sure the lines were as high as possible but it something I am alway conscious of

So, what did you do with the xmod system on the Challenger
It stayed on the challenger
All you need not is to fit some Premium tires such as the Pirelli P ZERO (PZ4)
I will be running 555R 2's .. drag radials that will do OK in rain but much better than a street compound tire

it was because the car bounced up in the air from the impact.. The tip to my Magnaflow exhaust also got all scraped up.. crazy to think about
