Man, I see you haven’t posted an update. My advice the bigger the habit the longer you stretch the micro dose schedule out. The slower you take it the less chance of uncomfort and WD you will have.

I’ve been addicted for about 5 years one point of time smoking more than 120 pills in a day and I’m so tired of being useless and just wasting my life away tryna numb pain that will never go away ! I will get sober for the new year pray to god for me and bless everyone that’s going through any tough/hard/ sad/bad times hope everyone has a merry Christmas

Hey y'all! User since 4/2020 sober since 6/2023 writing this 12/21/23. If you can get on methadone that's the best thing you can do if you have a strong mind but weak body. Get to a clinic get set up with them when you take your first dose wait 4-5 hours see how sick you get after and try to do that everytime you dose ( yes you can use in hours leading up to dose or the parking lot before you walk in idgaf be smart tho) when you're on methadone for about a week or two try to cut down on fent. I got sober on methadone in less than two weeks at 60mg ( I had expected to need up to 150-200mg since I could smoke a 100 pack like nothing without falling out.
I went into the clinic on a Friday took my dose at the clinic and then got my two weekend doses to take home and bring back empty Monday. They prescribed me cyclobezeipine and clonidine to get me through the initial withdrawl and then Zofran for stomach cramp/nausea I only woke up to take more prescriptions as recommended on the bottle and my daily dose of methadone on Monday I came into the clinic for dose and was feeling pretty good.
I'm currently at 120mg and I move up about 5-10mg a month or so just to stay comfortable.
My wife has been on same time and dose as me and still isn't clean I don't blame her one bit it's not easy but if you supply yourself with the right medications it can be manageable instead of near impossible

I love how honest you are about this. So many doctors will straight up get mad at you if you bring up the bernese method. I think for heroin waiting a day to induce isnt so bad. But fentanyl is a diff anaimal.. no way all these addicts will go through fent wds for a full week before being induced. During wds you cant even sleep so the nights are the hardest when all u want to do is sleep but you feel like youre being punished for every single bad thing youve done in your life.

Dude. You're not kidding about the insomnia. I just finally kicked fentanyl (hopefully for good this time), but I had to do it by taking 2 suboxone straps 36 hours after my last dose. It threw me into intense precipitated withdrawal. But that only lasts about 2-3. I mean it's intense agony, but worth it to me just just get it done and over with. But now I'm good, don't have the urge to spend 70%-80% of my salary just to feel normal and not dope sick. Feels like a curse has been lifted or something.

It's not about the "next high" anyone truly addicted knows that it's about staying well because after a while you don't even get high anymore but without it your body goes into withdrawal which is pure H*E*L*L!! People without an addiction to opiates don't, won't, and just can't understand it even if they have witnessed it happening to someone else. Unless you go through it yourself you won't get it. I absolutely hate it when people say "worries about the next high" because it's not even about that. Like first of all there's no waking up because you can't even sleep. We aren't talking about meth or crack here. People without opiate addiction have no place even speaking on it.

I dont even know where to start, these past 3 years of me being hooked on fentanyl went by so fast, man i remember i just started with the blues a.k.a. m-30 and when i couldn't get a high off those anymore, i quickly turned to fentanyl, i just couldn't stand the withdrawals from the m-30 and as soon as i got hooked on fentanyl it was all over, it was like that very first high i got when i did blues except way stronger and i fell in love with it, and after 2 yrs of percs i abused fentanyl for about a year now & i also want to add that i was on the streets that whole entire time, from my late 19's literally all the way till i turned 22, and the only reason i even had to get sober was because i went to jail, and finally after 3 yrs on the streets, i went 2 weeks clean in jail and as soon as i got out i was gifted a trailer from my mom so i was no longer on the streets, and it tears my soul apart to sadly say i relapsed 😭 i just got a job and now i have more money than ive had in a while, and i just started abusing it even more and i just wanna stop and change my life, i feel like god gave me a second opportunity and i dont wanna mess up so im gonna try this and hopefully i change...ill keep updated..

But shi I still do throw up if I smoke too much so I make it last to make it through the night only by tryna do it less in the day time then sleep an if I wake up I juss do sum more to help me sleep and get through the dam impossible forever ass night and then morning thank god when I start struggling to keep up my dum I hate myself habit it’s just like medicine at this point though now sadly. But I’ll get through it I was forced to when I was sent to jail so it’s all in my head but I still can’t get any sleep at first but fuck ahh hell will come and has to be dealt with either way eventually.

I’m 24 and I’ve been addicted to fent for a year.. it’s taken over my life. I’ve struggled with opiate addiction before, twice with two different opioids. I got myself clean, went through withdrawal by myself and didn’t tell a soul. Had nothing to help with pain I just quit cold turkey and felt like I was dying but I was able to get through it. I’ve tried that with fent but I legitimately can’t do anything. I’ve passed out a few times while going through withdrawal. Idk what to do, no one knows I’m addicted to I have no support. I don’t want anyone to know, it would kill my mom. I wish I had one person to talk to who understands. I’ve never done detox or rehab, I’ve never had medical help with addiction or withdrawal and I’m not sure where to start. I’m scared to call a hotline and i don’t know what to expect from the process of detoxing and quitting fent.

try going to a detox center, you can go to the hospital and they will usually recommend detox clinics for you, or go on google and search for inpatient detox its free at most places with insurance, it sucks to not have anyone to support you , if i were you i would come clean to your parents they will do whaever it takes to help you. detox is the best way to go tho if you cant get thru it at home they will give you comfort meds and after 5 days youll feel better and then they will give you meds to take home

I’m 27 rn, went through my first withdrawal from fent @ 24 [and a few more times since then]. Was doing 1-1.5 g a day, iv & my first time detoxing, I had been using for 9 months. I’ve tried every single way & everything to try and get through withdrawals. Tried showers/baths, bed rest, cold/hot towels, gabapentin, Imodium, kratom, the Bernese method, etc. The Bernese Method is the best thing to do if 1. U have suboxone 2. You can stay strong through it without breaking. It’s not painless but it’s way better than every single other method. Problem is, it’s REALLY hard to mentally stay strong even though the physical pain isn’t as bad. I was only successful ONCE and I still ended up relapsing soon after it.
If you haven’t been able to do it by yourself I really really recommend going to detox [even if you don’t have insurance, there are places that will take you]. Even though you’ll get medication, if you’ve been using for a bit, it’s still going to really suck but being in a detox helps bc it kinda helps you stick it out bc you don’t have access to go freaking use, unless you dip out of there. But a lot of ppl end up sticking it out bc they’re too sick to leave. Being in the environment sucks but it’s only 7 days and it’s the best way to do this. I’m just going to be straight up.
Unfortunately I’ve been through this alot so if u have questions or need some tips, I got u yo! You can do it even though it seems fckin impossible 🤙🏼💕

It's crazy I was telling people for years that I need to wait at least 72+ hours then take as much subs I can handle over small doses then use fent one or two more times and then use subs again and they'll usually start to work but yeah I won't be getting high because of the bupe but it will make it tolerable if I just try to switch to only subs than it won't work for me. The only way I can ever make this work is go to a detox get dosed after waiting then leave and go to another detox ASAP. It looks like they're finally seeing I wasn't crazy or just trying to use but it's was the only tolerable way I could find.

Nothings changed since so starting today. Obviously I have to have fitting all to make it through the day or I’m worthless, can’t move can’t sleep can’t go anywhere. But anyways I did a small amount of fentanyl today and took about 0.5 mg of Suboxone at the same time I’m gonna do the same thing every single day until I get enough in my system to where I can just take it and I’m gonna go a day with no fentanyl after day three and just take Suboxone. I hope this works because I have a house and a wife and two dogs and a job and if I can’t go to work, I’ll lose everything

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU STOP THE FENTANYL AND GO STRAIGHT TO SUBOXONE THAT YOU DONT USE THE ENTIRETY OF THE SUB. TAPER YOURSELF UP AGAIN AND DO IT SLOWLY EVERY 6 HRS. precipitated withdrawal is no joke I thought I was going to die taking a whole sub after using fentanyl a few hrs prior. Start with a 1/16 and another 6hrs later. Max I would start with is 1/8 maybe 3/8 but make sure to slowly work your way up. The problem with opiates is you can’t quit without going through hell…. The hell only last a few days if you do it right.
Get yourself a 8mg Suboxone & if you take 1/3 each day for 3 days & you take loperimide for your diarrhea & then you just need to stay hydrated & keep your mind occupied for the few days.
By Thursday or Friday you’ll feel much better & be free from the physical sickness… you may not feel the best but the hard part will be over & you’ll be able to manage everything else with Tylenol… Tylenol is also great during withdrawal & magnesium & condone & melatonin

So I’ve noticed that a lot of you’s do not know how to follow directions no where in this video does he say to wait hours before taking the suboxone 🤦🏽‍♀️ the point is to keep using the fentanyl while taking the suboxone . When you wake up in the morning take the fentanyl first and then take the suboxone I waited about 15 minutes before taking the suboxone after taking the fentanyl and right after taking the suboxone I took a little more fentanyl. I noticed that when I take the suboxone first thing in the morning without taking the fentanyl first I start to feel withdrawal symptoms so take the fentanyl first in the morning before taking the suboxone I’ve noticed a lot of us wondered what to take first and no one would answer so here is my outlook on it. I hope this helps and remember we can do this GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL

Btw check my comment. You did it wrong and you didnt follow directions btw. You were experiencing precipitated withdrawal after using the Suboxone so soon after fetty. U then had to use more fentanyl to overcome what could've been what feels like the flu x1000 if u had no fentanyl after the sub so soon after using an opioid. You wait about 6 hours using, then do a 1/16 of 8mg sub, then another 6 and one more 1/16 then another 6 and switch to 1/8 and so on. You MUST wait at least 24 hrs in my opinion to do this successfully without anymore fentanyl after the original use. You can also do it the other way and do small fentanyl amounts once at night but always wait until morning to start tapering slowly up on your sub/bup dose. Any questions feel free I've done it multiple times myself successfully without getting sick and having to do more fentanyl after the sub

Had to get out and use again if the last detox I just kept my friend on Ativan for the last four days of the detox maybe my friend could’ve went to rehab, or even stayed another week on Ativan until they were completely off but now these motherfuckers and these detoxes are just collecting money and acting like it’s heroin what part of lipophilic like methadone they don’t get it beyond me. My advice to people is, unless you have talked specifically to the doctor and know exactly what the protocol is and what they have on board for when you go into actual withdrawal. Don’t even bother going to detox. It’s just a torture session.

I’ve never taken any street drugs. I’m 56 and single mom who has had horrible pain for a good part of my life. This is so overwhelming and so scary knowing that my dr has no idea how to get me off. I know his plan would be to go down on my mcg’s of fentanyl and I just know that will not work. I’m also terrified that I will go through horrible withdrawal, anxiety and depression and will not be able to take care of myself or my daughter. I would love to be able to discuss how u did this successfully. I’ve been having anxiety for months with this on my mind. I’m at the point that I’m barely functioning in life bc I’m so worried. Ptsd is right. Longterm opiate use and constantly living in and out and of fear of withdrawal has most definitely given me Ptsd. Now precip that's an unexplainable traumatic experience.. Good God I wish and I hope more medial professionals provide and firmly and repeatedly reinerate what precip is because for anyone who's been sick you think oh I just get tripped into being dope sic k if I get precip. YOU COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG, precip takes being dope sick multiplys it by 100x all at once , plus I had the most disasociatative state similar to tripping like the worst withdrawals I've ever had while on lsd or something. Oh and I forgot to mention while all that was happening the deep feeling of overwhelming doom and fear on top of all that. Precip needs more respect and education about it's causes /avoidance/and what to do if u do screw up and go into precip what u can and can't do in that situation. (I think the most traumatic part of my first precip experience was after I began to grasp what was happening that I had no information, no idea when all the pain and horror was gonna stop? Was it going to stop? Was there more, am I at risk of severe bodily harm I dint have a single answer to ay of those? S even though I was prescribed suboxone and in a suboxone program I only had precip wd mentioned briefly a time or two. So stay informed. ALWAYS WAIT dbl the time from last use to 1st sub dose cuz however sick u feel. Nothing will compare to thinking ur sick enough or long enough from opiate use and popping sub hoping for relief can and will throw u to new meaning of withdrawal. It's ALWAYS BETTER to wait.

People if you’re getting strong withdrawal you’re doing it wrong, decrease the sub and increase the opiate for a short time then try again it’s a dance between the two medications, you start out with a micro dose you don’t start out with the 2 mg, remember when starting subs less is more if you take too much at first you’ll put yourself into precipitated withdrawal. If that happens take more of the opiate just until you’re not so sick then stop and wait as long as you can until start the subs again and it should be a small dose just a half of a mg.

She doesn't remember her normal days, life. This must be on her mind most of the time that how to live a normal life like other clean people, how to start it, will I know how to lead a normal life, etc.. coz all her life is spent addicted and that's the normal life to her.
She needs a very new beginning. Force her for the rehabilitation with her consent and willingness. When the rehab is done, if possible make her go somewhere for a long time or move where she cannot get her choice of drugs.. she has to forget the life of drugs, every single steps she did and took. This is the only life she knows and are comfort with it.
And she has to say NO and stay away from any drugs. Even alcohol or beverages she should not have them because she will relapse back to her old addiction life.
No prayers will work at the beginning. Just force her to the drugs rehabilitation. After that do any amount of prayers for her or do it together with her.

You shouldn't be using the agonist freely! As you slowly increase the bup, only use full agonist to be comfortable. Not high. Or chance pushing the bup back. I have come back clean twice this way. Gabapentin for cramping and muscle twitch, muscle relaxer
      Dycyclomine for stomach cramping
Clonidine for heart rate and goosebumps and sweating
Hydroxyzine for anxiety, doesn't do wonders but works
      And trazadone for sleep.
The goal is to get the bupe slowly over 7 days. For hard users in my opinion, there's a 9-10 day induction. For me it was being honest. Cold turkey is hell. The ability to slowly come out of the cloudy high while covering those receptors is key. It's bridging. I was taught you ONLY use if it's absolutely needed. Be comfortable but some has to be paid. Slowly while the sub builds up its replacing your choice op on the receptor. And make sure you have the free time to relax. Be honest. Am I using the drug to stay just well enough or am I getting high? I once had a friend of mine hold it. And clearly when I wasn't doing well I would smoke just enough. It's tapering one and stacking the other. My experience you feel some symptoms but they are light-years easier to deal then with NOTHING. Best of luck and I'm cheering you on! Want it!

Yes. I did this plan. Was a blue addict for 2 years. His plan is devised so we can keep using while Microdosing Suboxone.
      When I say Microdosing - I'm talking 1/8th of a Suboxone strip.
I was able to keep using Fent for the psychological cravings. While Microdosing the Suboxone.
I had zero withdrawals. It allowed a seamless process. Because normally u can't take Suboxone til you've been Fent free for 3 days.

Suboxone and other prescriptions have a longer half life. Which in the long term you will still need to deal with their own withdrawals and most likely for longer. Also with how potent fentanyl is and you are not in agony is beyond me! I wish you the best in your recovery❤

I found microdosing or waiting almost 3/4 days to take a suboxone to be the only ways to get suboxone to work and not end up feeling worse from suboxone. I spent years having doctors tell me how to induce and people telling me i dont know more than doctors. Dailying increasing microdoses seemed to the best the easiest transition but it also takes a lot of self control which us addicts usually lack. But that’s the only way i could get suboxone to work. With the longer you microdose and the dosage of microdose being biggest factors in ease pf induction.

They even have the smell and the taste, but I went from taking 5 a day (60mgs) to just 1.5 a day now and I’m going to continue weaning myself off and extend my waiting time to use by an hour each time. I can go 12 hours before starting to feel mildly sick, 48 hours is full blown withdrawal. So I’m doing the wean down method ofc. A little discomfort but nothing compared to what I was going thru. One day I couldn’t stop tensing my legs every few seconds and having fucked up thoughts I literally felt like I was in hell. That was the scariest withdrawal for me, so I’m not doing cold turkey anymore. U got this bro, sending love and care yo ur way

For the people who want to know what we go through and why its so fucking hard to get your life back.
The withdraws feel like this, all at the sametime:
    Restless legs
    Cold sweats
    Hot sweats
    No appetite
    Aches and pains
    Negative zero energy
    Diarrhea
    Random twitching
    Headache
    Extreme insomnia
    Shakes
    Vomiting
    Fever
(Theres more but differs on each person, but you get the point)
Most addicts would have to deal with this 8-10 days and worst cases up to a month.
Nights are literally hell because you can't ever get comfortable to fall asleep on top of all the above symptoms going on too.
I hope i can get my life back again one day but right now im still in the trenches but i know one day ill be able to, i just wish it was now but i just cant do it. Hardest part is getting mentally ready.
For the ones who are in the same boat, i pray that you will get clean when youre ready, you can do it!

I’m just sick and tired of the life bro. 43, not too old, but old enough to say what in the holy hell am I doing, this time, lost everyone, but my record and wife. Could’ve been worse, but worse enough for me. Never will I go through this withdrawal again. My right of passage has been completed! I thought I was cool after only a week and half or so on subs, but I was wrong. Up until day 5 I was cool. Since then it’s been rls every night, super lethargic, body weighs a ton. But about a week ago I just barely started the upward slope to feeling better and today, I feel pretty darn good. I don’t recommend that for everyone it’s up to you, long as you’re on a dedicated dose and can function without giving up your sanity, all power to you. I just felt in my heart I was going to give it a try and a lot of meetings and work, bro I’ve been sub free for a month and fent free for two. I’m so happy bro. Wow I've been experimenting with a similar technique using Suboxone as I was still using fentanyl and then I slowly start to take less and less. And I'm currently pretty down low on my dose compared to what it used to be I'm so close to quitting. And then you got to go through those weeks or months of your brains chemicals trying to get back to feeling comfortable in your own skin. Which is the hardest part for the majority of us people to keep from relapsing play that's where the Suboxone comes in. At first you won't really feel it but after you take it for a little while and it definitely does help with the withdrawals before long you'll be looking forward to getting your script or your pill and then you take it and the good thing is you take that for as long as you need to until you get tired of taking it and then you can start tapering off of that

I've just researched anything and everything i could find and tried many with lots of failures. But in your situation, if you're doing oxycodone, and havent gone onto harder opiates, trust me, if you wanna get clean getting off the 30s is soo much easier... my reason is.. not necessarily that harder ones like fent have a extremely worse withdrawal, they could be the same. The differences is the length of withdrawal, and the length of the intense part of the withdrawal is muuch longer. In short.. off of oxy, you can get through the withdrawal in a week and like day 3 or 4 will be the worst. Fent on the other hand.. you will be living in that day 4 peak for like a week or more. everybody is different. also, as the vid states.. you can switch right to suboxone from oxy after waiting until your in moderate wd. Finally, If you cant take the week of wd cold turkey ( which i don't blame you) CANT GIVE MED ADVICE BUT WHAT I WOULD DO.. IS TAKE SUBOXONE FOR NO MORE THAN A WEEK, SO THAT YOU DONT END UP WDING OFF THAT... AND THEN IN THAT WEEK.. THE OXY SHOULD MOSTLY LEAVE YOUR SYSTEM AND THEN YOU CAN STOP THE SUBS. (ID MAYBE TAKE A TINY PIECE IN THE NEXT WEEK ONLY IF NECCESSARY BUT NOT CONSISTENTLY. THAT IS WHAT I HAVE KNOWN PEOPLE TO BE VERY SUCCESSFUL DOING. AND SOME PEOPLE ALSO JUST STAYED ON THE SUBS FOR A WHILE, DEPENDING ON WHERE THEYRE AT. EVERYONE DIFFERENT .. AGAIN NOT GUIDENCE BUT JUST A THOUGHT ON WHAT IVE HEARD WORKS FOR PEOPLE. Sounds really practical in terms of getting off fentanyl/opioids and onto something like Suboxone. And Suboxone is amazing in its ability to stop both withdrawal symptoms and opioid cravings. But in my personal experience and what others have said, getting off Suboxone takes a long time. And you can taper off Suboxone down to, literally, micro doses, and you will still go through withdrawal symptoms when you finally stop.

    • @KamalaIsTrash

I absolutely don't understand this suboxone withdrawal claim. First off, the suboxone withdrawal is MUCH less intense than opiate withdrawal. I was taking suboxone recreationally for over a year and had to stop when my connection vanished. The withdrawal symptoms were COMPLETELY alleviated with weed. Whenever I felt rough I would take a few hits of some good marijuana and sub withdrawals were gone..for HOURS..I would take sub withdrawal over any other drug detox...

      Interesting.
First, this is the first time I've heard of Suboxone being taken to get high.
Second, I had literally no guidance/advice from doctors about withdrawing from opioids. I was on minimal doses of Suboxone for 2 months or less.
Third, it is terrific that you were able to get off Suboxone with so little withdrawal symptoms. But if you peruse some of the comments on videos about withdrawals, most comments, like mine, it was pretty gnarly going through withdrawal from Suboxone. And prolonged.
Finally, in hindsight, I did not taper off the opioids. Something that seems essential now that I can look back on a tough time.
      Cheers.

@@KenStarrMDWellnessGroup- Dr Starr - I have been attempting to transition from street fentanyl to Buprenorphine via the Bernese Method/Microdosing 7 day protocol, however I have been encountering problems which have made it extremely difficult to cut out using the fentanyl. After taking my dose of (for example) 4 Mgs and higher, roughly 60 to 90 minutes in, I become fairly sick going from a stable (from fentanyl), COWS of 0 to double digits and by two hours in the feeling just becomes so intense that I revert to taking fentanyl to mitigate the symptoms. Is there something I am doing incorrectly or is this to be expected? I have been stuck in this cycle for months now, never getting beyond 8mgs and not becoming sick. I don't believe its precipitated withdrawal though I cant be certain and any feedback would be so greatly valued and appreciated - thanks in advance

I've noticed that everyone who says they will do this and give updates never end up giving the update of how it worked. I am terrified to do this I'm taking 2mlg every 6 hours right now with very mild withdrawals and when I do get them I just smoke fetty and I'm okay, I tried this last week and on day 3 when I took my 8mlg strip in the morning I went into precip extremely bad. I'm supposed to take the full dose tomorrow as I'm at 2mlg every six hours I'm scared to do it. If anyone has done it please let me know, I can't go into precip again it was hell

thats because fentanyl is too strong...theres not enough research on it. buprenorphine is for heroin...not fentanyl..and the problem is fentanyl takes days to leave your system

Same happened to me. Once I got 4-6mg within like an hour I was miserable and flipping out getting chills so bad I was screaming. I have been looking and I might try the bridge device I just don’t know if I want to make the jump and get it. It’s very expensive so it will make things sorta tight but I don’t know what other plan I can do while still working full time running a business and not be sick because I don’t react well to any other meds 😢

My understanding has always been, if you introduce suboxone to your body while it still has opiates in it, you will go into instant withdrawal. Can someone please clarify this for me?

    • @diannetex

I did this 3 day plan. I was addicted to street Fentanyl for 2 years. This is the only plan that worked. And yes, I quit in 3 days.
I was a 10 pill/blue user a day. Which is nothing compared to some people. I didn't smoke it. I'd take Fent pill/ tiny pieces sublingually.
This Dr's plan is essentially 'microdosing' Suboxone. Not the half Suboxone strip that's recommended. Or full strip. Because if u do that- It will throw u into withdrawals instantly.
This plan allows you to continue taking Fentanyl while you're craving it. While taking about 1/8 of a Suboxone strip daily.
So u experience zero withdrawals at all. U don't have to wait 3 days of being Fent free to do this. You can do this plan while still using Fent.
Your brain gets tiny microdoses of Suboxone. Allowing u to keep using Fent. By the 3rd day- Your brain is so full of Suboxone. That you don't even crave Fentanyl anymore.
This Dr is a genius . And I'll never understand why his method is not the norm within addiction medicine.
The fact he is giving this advice for free??? He is a humanitarian.

I have been n pain meds for icee 15 years. I don’t understand the addiction ppl have. I rely on pain medication to able to work and survive the day but after a long period of time the medication starts to hurt more than it helps so I just go off if it. It’s uncomfortable but it’s not unbearable or brutal. I just sleep for 3 days wake up and all the symptoms are gone. Then I will stay off the medication for a few weeks then I start back up because my pain becomes unbearable. But it’s a fine balance because the pain medication also makes the pain much worse over time.

I’m in Tacoma Washington. My son just turned 16 years old. He’s been using fentanyl powder meth and alcohol from what I’ve been told. Has overdosed using Narcan several times from what he’s said. I’ve finally found his location in Lacey and plan to go get him. I don’t know how to treat him when I get him home and taking him to the hospital or to treatment are not a working option. He wants to to get clean and has been able to detox on his own before. How can I get ahold of Buprenorphine to help his come down so he will be able to detox without the severe withdrawals that have lead him to leave??

@@SarahO87 So, please get him into either a methadone Clinic or Subuxone Clinic that knows how to taper the way spoken of here. It can be a 3 to 7 day plan. I think the 7 would be more efficient! The Bernese Method. Don't give up hope. ♥️😇

I went 4 days without doing fentanyl and did smallest amount of a dust partcal...I was in that shit 13 hours...if you doing them daily on the regular...i wouldn't take that shit at all. My cousin died and that day i quit cold turkey that day. That 4th day I had put me back negative 3 because i thought I could do a small amount of a sub and ill never do one again... Took me 40 days and something still right...I don't do subs or anything and there's no withdraws anymore.
Be brave and except what you signed up for and take your life back...Im rooting for you all

I wonder if Narcan Nasal sprays would be safe and effective? They use it to stop overdoses, so shouldn't that basically do the same thing as detoxing?
If I knew I had to wait 3 days and my will power isn't good enough, I wonder if forcing all the Fent with Narcan would be an ez alternative.

Thanks for the panicked responses lol... Im assuming that means it would put me in horrible precip... I always wondered because whenever I overedosed and they narcaned me... I just felt a bit weird in the head... not prec withdrawal... But maybe thats because there was just soo many opiates that it just did enough to keep me alive and not put me in precip.
